I am so thankful for this pharmacy! They have always been so understanding, respectful and for us very quick! We’ve been going here since my son was diagnosed with Type 1 at the beginning of 2020. It’s comforting to know they are one 24 hrs a day and someone is always there to talk to if you have any questions.

I saw Ocean Pharmacy had a one star review while looking up the phone number, which is egregious. This is one of the only compounding pharmacies for kids in seattle and is responsible for all the medications at children’s. They’ve been doing my toddler’s heart medications since he was 6 days old and are wonderful. Obviously they aren’t going to be able to fill a prescription in 20 minutes like a Walgreens, because it has to be COMPOUNDED. It’s not just counting pills. Pro-tip, call ahead or run an errand or just grab a great state burger while you wait. They also do stuff like continually experiment to improve their compounding solutions to make as many sugar free as possible. For my kid, who has to take meds twice a day for the rest of his life, this is amazing. Also, they’re 24 hours! You have to enter through the main River entrance of the hospital after hours and walk around, but that’s better than the alternative if you somehow misjudge how much medication you have left.
