Without Tommy, my rating would likely be different than 5-star. Haven’t had the best of experiences with my Cobalt, but cannot blame SBC for that. It’s how they’ve reacted to these issues that sets them apart. The sales experience was great, slight timeline crunch due to available slots in production line, which had me making rash decisions on features, but again…not their problem. Definitely had some warranty issues, and again, Tommy and team stepped up and exceeded expectations. He embodies ownership, and although much of what we work on is not his role/scope, he never pushes me aside and always supports. Communication is critical, and he remains consistent and accountable at all times. Candidly, haven’t had great experiences with Parts dept, nor Service directly but folks like Tommy have me forgetting all about those gripes. They should pay this guy whatever he wants, cause if you don’t, I just may haha. Thanks for supporting all my questions and issues Tommy, you stand out in the crowd man!

We recently had a fantastic experience buying a new Malibu wake surf boat from Seattle Boat Company. Our old surf boat conked out at the beginning of a visiting-kids-in-town-to-surf weekend.
Our awesome salesman Tim, the amazing Jan, and others on the team at the SBC team rallied to turn around and deliver the boat to us on Lake Washington in just a couple of hours. The weekend and the rest of the summer were salvaged thanks to their heroics.
The boat is wonderful and we're thrilled that we worked with Seattle Boat Company. Thanks again Tim, Jan and team!

Recently bought a boat from them it was a left new Malibu. Got a good price and the team was easy to work with they even delivered the boat to me. I met the delivery person at my local lake and he was very knowledgeable and nice. There was however several very obvious issues with the boat that were either point or that I found. It would have been nice if those issues were brought to my attention beforehand. Overall, love the boat and I would recommend this dealership.

We recently had the pleasure of purchasing our first boat from Tim at Seattle Boat Company. From the moment we stepped into the showroom, we were met with exceptional service and a warm welcome. As first-time boat owners, we were very nervous about the whole process. However, Tim quickly put our minds at ease with his knowledge, expertise, and above all, his patience. He never once pressured us into making a decision and was always available to answer our myriad of questions, no matter how big or small. What an elite level customer experience Seattle Boat Company provides. I worked with Rachel to find the perfect boat, she was a Cobalt Pro! And then Tommy reached out to schedule our Cabalt delivery. This goes above and beyond any experience we've had in the boating world. Tommy pulled into our dock, we tied up and he meticulously guided us through every feature, from the stern to the bow. We then got to pull her out on our maiden voyage on Lake Washington with Tommy. We couldn't be happier - a huge thanks to the entire team and to Rachel and Tommy for treating us so great!

Tommy delivered our boat at the scheduled time. He had it in the water waiting for us. He drove all the way from Seattle to washougal and was great to work with. Tommy showed us how to use everything on the boat and went above and beyond to find an issue with the Bimini. Thank you so much was a pleasure working with you. We also worked with tim klippert in the sales. I believe he is new to Seattle Boat company but he did a really great job and was a pleasure working with tim I highly recommend getting in touch with him if your looking at buying a boat.

I highly recommend working with Tim. He helped us with the purchase of our new boat and he was outstanding through the entire process. He worked hard for us to get the price worked out. Then after we were in contract, he was responsive and helpful as well. We did a long distance purchase and he made the entire process so smooth and gave us great guidance and advice. he is just a great guy and we can’t thank him enough!

Bought a 2006 Cobalt from Tim at Seattle Boat Company. Tim was very flexible when scheduling the sea trials and offered to deliver the boat when some mechanical/maintenance concerns were identified with the trailer.
