Horrible service,unprofessional and racist. I was forced to pay for an item that wasn't properly cleaned. Luckily, my bank disputed the charge.

My husband took 2 white dress shirts to the cleaners. He wore one of them for the first time 2 weeks ago and the other shirt he wore 2 months ago. Neither shirt had any stains on them. When he picked up his order as you can see in the photos they both had stains on the collar. The owner refused to wash them again unless my husband paid. Horrible customer service. They clearly don't wash your garments. If you want to pay to have them iron your clothes they are great but they don't wash a thing. Take your business elsewhere.

The best Costumer service, they always let me know if there can do something for my clothes," and /or it have any risk to be treated with their chemical solvents. They always do their best to keep me happy.

I've been a customer of Seattle Best Cleaners since we moved to this neighborhood 9 years ago. I've been consistently happy with their laundry, dry cleaning and alterations services. They are fast, reasonably priced and have great customer service.Service: Alterations

Gets the job done at affordable prices. I can usually trust Seattle Best Cleaners with my stuff. Haven't had any bad experiences with them for the few years I've been going here. One thing I appreciate with them in particular are their late hours. They're open until 7PM most days which allows for convenient pick up and drop off times if you're working a typical 9-5.

Horrible service, horrible work. Brought 2 of my dresses to get cleaned and all they did was steam it and put it on a hanger. Does not look like they did any cleaning or even attempted. I asked them what did they even do and she told me to smell it. Do not recommend at all. At least not for cleaning.

I am a local clothing designer in the neighborhood and brought in a hoodie-dress that I made to be dry cleaned. It had a small amount of dirt from being worn a few times, I was selling for $300 so I wanted to make sure it was cleaned carefully. When I picked it up I saw that now all around the cuffs, neck, hem and all over the garment in random places not even around the knit, has red stains. I am devastated as it took me a lot of money to make this garment and time to construct it. They still charged me for it and I am so sad to have lost this piece. I wish I had never brought it in. Sad that I had to pay for this garment I created and loved to be destroyed.
