I took my laptop in for a RAM upgrade. Ephrem took the time to explain the process over the phone and made me an estimate. The work was completed within 24 hours and they even cleaned out my fan.

My charger cable fell to pieces this morning, and I can't see well enough anymore to know if it left any bits behind. A short walk got me to SD Computer & Wireless, where I learned that my old 4G phone charger port is fine. No charge for a port clean up, and a nice discount for one of the last cables that will work with my old charger.

I'm in Seattle for business and my laptop died, wouldn't charge, wouldn't turn on. He literally cleaned the port, plugged it on and it immediately started working. Refused to charge so I bought a better charger from him. Apparently, I was using one that is meant for my phone. Huge help and I made it back to my meeting all within an hour.

suck d is what it stands for i guess. the owner told me be there when they open at 10:30 and it would take an hour. wasn't there when i showed up. waited two hours still didn't show up. six hours later finally had the repair done. then refused to give me even five bucks off for the time wasted waiting for him to show up to work. s my d sd
