Two stars because the instructor was great. I took a pole class here and was interested in trying some of the other classes as well. I won't be back based on my experience. The woman at the front desk seemed annoyed that I asked to purchase a pass in person. When I saw from confirmation email that passes have a 6-week expiration timeline, I called to ask for a refund in place of a 5-class pass. This was less than 20 minutes after purchasing pass, so I assumed pending/original charge would clear.. Days later I noticed that due to both charges clearing, my balance had gone negative as a result. I emailed Sanca and staff responded advised that the original charge had never been cancelled.. The resulting fees were refunded by my bank, a paycheck was deposited, and I initiated a refund for both passes. So all is now resolved. But it was such a hassle having to contact studio to correct their error and also explain the situation to get fees refunded by my bank.. Also, there was another class taking place in the same space at the same time. It would have been nice if it was mentioned in class description that you may be observed by strangers while dancing (there were several guys in the other class sitting 30 to 40 feet away, facing us and watching, which is not an experience I have ever had and was quite awkward/uncomfortable).

What a fun and engaging space! Tho you need an invitation by an employee/teacher to try any of the "toys", it's a wonderful experience once you do!Everything from aerial bands, trapeze, juggling and floor work, trampolines, unicycles, balancing equipment (tightrope, slack line, balance beam) and so much more.While the front desk staff seems to be less enthusiastic and more stand-off-ish, the children's class teachers are full of encouragement, support and love.

I'm taking their adult class. It's great! I'll definitely take more classes. The only issue is their super high ceiling makes it very warm in summer

How can you not love the warm, welcoming environment at SANCA?? My kiddo loves taking classes here, and has done so since before COVID. I'm thrilled that my kiddo loves class here so much, and we look forward to supporting this lovely space and its wonderful teachers and staff for many years to come.

I've been going here for about 9 years now, all the coaches are amazing and have taught me and my siblings so much! I personally am focusing on trampoline along with my sister but, I know firsthand that all the classes are amazing! My current coach (Keller) is so nice, and I know a longtime/ former coach of mine(Jasmine)is also so amazing. They listen to you and teach you, along with being quite funny at times, and they'll make games to help you learn. I'm so grateful to get to go here and I definitely will from here on out!

Used to go here all the time for the pay per flight Friday night with my family, decided to take my boyfriend recently. Did not disappoint! Just as fun as I remember it being.

I've been taking classes at SANCA for about a year and a half and have enjoyed the experience greatly. All the staff and instructors are friendly and knowledgeable and I find the environment to be extremely welcoming and inclusive for folks of all ages and backgrounds. I appreciate their dedication to covid safety as well.

My first time at the flying trapeze was an absolutely fun and incredibly safe experience, thanks to the expert coaches at SANCA. Highly recommended and will definitely come back!

I signed up my son to the summer camp this August.. the curriculum wasn't clear.. apparently every day is similar very short turns on the trampoline and too much mattress exercises.The kids had to be all day inside out and trained with masks in the hot days of august! With no air conditioning or appropriate ventilation.When I picked my son he was red and sweaty and insists not to return to the camp anymore! They're very strict and uncompromising with the refund policy and didn't agree to refund at least part of the week or forward the towards a credit to future lesson. Very disappointing.

The 4 week class was exactly what my daughter needed while being away from school and other Activities for the past year. Thanks SANCA for taking all the necessary precautions as well ! We will be back.
