Very friendly people! I haven't tried their shoes yet, but their shoe care products are great!

I came during posted-open hours and they were closed. The shoes are good, and expensive, but since I’ve worn them for decades the service doesn’t matter as much And they know it. I find it rude that they close with no notice as it appears to be routine for them.
