I have not been to the food bank here but highly recommend the free meal on Tuesday evenings beginning at five.

Sorry, despite some of the glowing reports they've receieved in the past, I believe a current review is in order. Oddly, I went about 6 years ago and fed myself for a week on the takings. First off, the worker really seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else than working there. I received a big rack of drumsticks, several cans of tuna which I appreciated, but there was NOTHING fresh or green. The closest thing to a vegetable were the potatoes. I'm hoping this was an "off week" and not the usual for them. I waivered between 2 and 3 stars.

Just another food bank...I think not.Here you can be connected with shelter services, housing assistance, and people who will give their all in order to help you or someone you may know.Things are tough out there, this place is a refuge for those in need. Go and see what they can and will do for those who are less fortunate and for those who are just trying to fill the gaps.
