Best place to be if you are homeless and trying to and a better person by using the services they provide. They really do care about the human condition from the everyone offers you help if you show interest even the security guards and janitors give pointers and words to encourage you and lift you up.

My only experience comes from over the phone, trying to get info. Immediately, someone picked up, took a breath, and then I heard the phone click. I called back, someone actually answered, but then either they hung up on me, too, or the call just dropped. So when I called a third time, the automated voice apologized that nobody was able to take my call. No, TWO people were able to take my call. And at least one of them decided I wasn't worth their time and hung up on me. What kind of Salvation Army (or any service meant for helping people in need) hangs up on someone asking for help? You need to do better.

The staff is ok and I am grateful to have a place to come and go, but the MEALS suck, big-time. The last six months has been without ENERGY, because of the meals they are serving the people. A pastry for breakfast, for lunch, corn chips with jalapeno and chili on top and dinner is Mac n cheese as the main course. The cook there is concern about how long his eyelashes are and not the 4 food groups. The head chief; Victoria and Daniel along with my then case worker Cory allowed they staff to rob me for all my clothes, shoes, boots and tried to keep my 45" TV, but broke the frame and kept the antenna / plug for my TV. They said they would hold my belongings for 45 days, it hasn't been 30 days and The Salvation Army ( William Booth Center ) in Seattle, Washington ROBBED ME BIGTIME the first week of April 2022 !!!!!!
