My car stoped in the middle of the road on Sunday and I was lucky enough to have some good people help me push my car to the side and jump start it for me. We suspected that the battery cables were loose, and they helped me tighten it up to get it moving again. However I couldn’t find a mechanic on Sunday until I found this place. Salmon’s service center helped me out immediately even though I didn’t make any appointments before I walked in. I highly recommend this place, they charged me reasonably and took care of my car in timely manner. Very nice place, I will definitely come back for my future car fixes. Thank you guys for saving my day.

I did not return to this station because of how I was treated and The first place I went to on the same day I was refused services told me they would be happy to to do an oil change using my oil and filter and they charged me less than the $45 Salmon Service Center quoted. It was the owner of SSC that told his employee not to service my car. The only reason the owner changed his mind is because of the bad review. Like I said I will never return to this station for anything.

I'm an out-of-towner who had a suddenly rattly car, what to do?! Floyd got my car up on the lift on a rainy weekend day and figured it out immediately and got me home with kindness and advice and the absolute least he could charge me. Much respect!Service: Exhaust

Last Sunday I called about a pretty urgent issue my car was having. Although they were filled for the day, they took in my car and located the issue just a couple hours later. The car was scheduled to be done on Wednesday, but they finished even earlier. The workers here are efficient, knowledgeable, and kind! Highly recommend!!

Always a positive experience at SSC. They are the only auto shop I will take my car to. They are honest and work with you to help you understand what repairs need to be done and what the cost will be. They have never recommended any unnecessary repairs which I have had happen at other shops. I've been a customer since 2012 and will continue to be a customer in the future. I recommend them if you need any car repairs.

My alternator died, I called them Monday morning and they had me back on the road in less than 24 hours. Unbelievably fast these days. Courteous and professional, and in my neighborhood.I tried to say thank you personally but everyone was busy and I did not want to interrupt.2012 white Acura MDXTHANK YOU!

The only shop I'll take my cars to, if I can help it. Honest, reliable, affordable, fast turn around...they'll go out of their way to save you money. And you can tell by all the cars they're working on, they have no trouble bringing in customers with this approach. I inherited my grandma's 30 year old Toyota and for obvious reasons it needed a little TLC. Kevin and all the techs here were able to quickly make repairs and have it running smoothly again. Old car, new car...bring it here!

For those of you that I have referred to Specialty Motors in N. Seattle on 15th Ave NE, you probably want to stop going there. I had taken my vehicles there for over 30 years, but within the past year Dean sold the business and it is now Broad Stroke. Most of the staff has quit due to the new ownership and how they treat their customers and what they charge for repairs.The good news is, one of their best Tech's moved right next door to Salmon's Service Center. I can't say enough good about Tristan and the way he has treated and taken care of us. If you need a repair shop and especially if you have an import, Tristan will take care of you....Services: Transmission

This business has an alarm system that goes off in the middle of the night and blasts for hours. This occurs almost weekly now, and there are hundreds of residents in houses and apartments within a one block radius whose sleep is interrupted on a regular basis. It's still loud with doors and windows closed. The owner doesn't show up . The alarm company doesn't show up. Calling the police doesn't stop it. And there don't seem to ever be any intruders. How much of a menace to the neighborhood do you have to be to run a business like this? WTF is wrong with these people?!?!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I brought my car because it was having issues with starting, and they took it for an entire day but didn't charge me because they were unable to identify any issue. I know many other service centers would have charges me $100s for just the diagnostic, and I really appreciated that they were committed to finding a solution and didn't charge me when they couldn't. I will 100% be using them for any future car repair work!Services: Auto battery replacement

I made a scheduling error thinking I confirmed an appointment with Salmon Service Center on 65th, but was actually their 2nd location on 125th. The owner realized I had made the error and called me directly to help coordinate the service needed at the 125th ave. location. Service was prompt and the owner called in after the work was done to ensure I was taken care of. I've been a customer for over 10 years and Salmon Service Centers went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule today and the Mechanic 'Ray' on 125th was great!

Outstanding Customer Service, Integrity, and Transparency.Have you ever worked on a project where everything that could go wrong, went wrong? I was that project for Salmon’s. However, at the first sign of trouble, the owner of the Northgate location called me personally. Their lead mechanic overseeing all the locations stepped in for root cause analysis and we talked through our options.The true test of excellent customer service is what happens when something happens to go wrong. I’ll take my old car back to Salmon’s as I have for a few years. I trust them and recommend them.Service: Engine repair
