Saw negative reviews on the pharmacy but had no problems until I started regularly having to get meds. It's been almost a week now since I've had meds I am suppose to take everyday. First there was a breach in their computers. Then partially on my side of things my insurance was terminated for couple days . My insurance has been current for couple days now and customer service was so lame about just simply looking up to see if it had updated in computer yet. I have two meds and all she kept saying is the CO pay is $14 for one and the second one they are still calling on. I asked what's that mean still calling on? She just kept saying we still calling on . She was lame not even try to help with my questions. I asked my insurance doesn't fully cover these meds now? She said no CO pay is $14. Well thanks for taking time to explain why my insurance all sudden doesn't pay for entire script or if that is the problem with why I'm not getting my most important medication? Not too mention there is absolutely 0 discretion from none of the pharmacy workers there. Place is trash. I've lived here all my life been coming to this Safeway. It's sad that pharmacy is so trash.

Watched a criminal run out of the store and no one stopped him. So sad to see criminals in my neighborhood benefit!!Besides that the cashier's are good people

I could not believe how rudely I was treated at this Safeway by Kerrie the cashier. I made a mistake when entering my phone number, and instead of being reasonable and helping me out, she got visibly angry and sighed and rolled her eyes before calling over a manager. A line was forming while waiting for the manager which made her even more angry at me and the situation. I unfortunately did not want to miss out on $20+ savings that I would have received by putting in my phone number. The manager voided the order and Kerrie had to rescan everything. She begins tossing all my items (fragile or not) with zero care back into their bags. At the end of this whole ordeal, it STILL did not give me the option to re-input my phone number. I was not about to piss Kerrie off even more by having her do it a third time, so I walked away with a grocery order that was at least $20 more than it should have been. People like Kerrie with such a short temper should not be working in customer service. It is instances like this that make me choose self checkout whenever possible.

This was my original listing 3 years ago I was back at the store since then , but yesterday I was there and things took a turn for the worst. I will add yesterday's event after this one ... 3 years ago this happened:Wasted 10 minutes of my break time getting there and was basically ignored by one cashier who was busy talking with another customer about her grandkids and when I quickly moved to another cashier he was too busy spraying down his area even though I told him I was in a hurry and on my lunch break so I left the store with nothing and still hungry...Yesterday's event:I went there to purchase a beer and I was at the self check out. I'm done with work for the day, and I'm in a fairly positive mood, but when I get to the self checkout and make my beer purchase I then have to wait for an attendant to come over and verify/authorize the purchase,and I wait and wait and wait. The guy is joking around and greeting a customer who he obviously knows and then high fives another customer who he obviously also knows, he the attendant, looks up at me for a third time and then I realized that he wasn't going to help me until it absolutely became necessary. But I'm a customer! I just want this verified so I can get home and get some rest. He ignores me even as I leave my purchase at the kiosk and as I am walking by him I then say "well thanks for ruining my afternoon " he acts confused and then I repeat my comment with a few cuss words to which he replied F--k you. There was an exchange of words and then two female employees came up and were ordering me out of the store. The attendant was saying during this time "get out and don't come back to my store..." The two older women took his word over mine!!!! Unbelievable!!! I wasn't going to leave however, and so they threatened to call the police and I told them to go ahead and do it because I frankly didn't do anything wrong to earn the kind of respect that I was getting from them, because the two women employees (to me) were handling the situation so unprofessionally... Then one of the women said "sir, I'm gonna have to ask you to leave"To which I replied "that's all you had to say in the first place and I would have left..."I'm a minority, and that shouldn't be an issue here but they made it the issue. They treated me like I had no business being there at that store at all. I hate you trump lovin' fools

The most dirtiest smelliest unsanitary unorganized Safeway I ever been to. 2nd time I bought pre made item and found a surprise. I got the premade poke and a long white hair was included. There’s also this grumpy older lady who’s extremely rude. I witnessed her being aggressive to customers with broken English. Sometimes she works in deli and sometimes she walks around. Shes had several complaints the manager keeps saying they will do something about it clearly they haven’t. She’s out of control. Seatac Safeway needs a visit from corporate. That’s my next move. Enough is enough something needs to change. Also there’s never anyone in the bakery department when someone needs a birthday cake. They’re forever help wanted on that area. Why don’t you just close out your bakery dept since you can’t get your stuff together. Then there’s the pharmacy.. I switched my pharmacy and drive all the way to rainier beach to pick up my Medicine.throw the whole store away

I call this my family store. I know just about every one that works here. Seems like family.I up my stars just because of this. Every stores has their good and bad. Everyday isn't going to be perfect, but most cases they are trying to meet everybody's needs.I do see some new faces, working.They seems ok.Only one thing is, I may have a problem if and when Albertson/ Safeway emerge with Fred Meyers/ Krogar. I don't that will be good. We'll loose that one experience.

It's safeway... and it's close to an international airport so it can get a bit busy. But most are anyway. Great staff. Kind of expensive, but most Safeways are. I have seen many thefts here and there is often homeless living behind the building on the city property. I've seen the homeless have fires going back there uncontrolled. I have been here countless times because I lived next to it for over 11 years. Not many grocery options inside Seatac so I usually drive elsewhere to get groceries. Well, always to be honest. I just stop in here for quick items during slower times. Better than nothing if you live really close and dont want to drive far. Some of the best options are 20 - 30 minutes away with normal traffic. So again, it is convenient. It's especially convenient if you came in from the airport and you want to grab some basics you didn't want to carry though Security or onto a plane like toothpaste, mouthwash or other prohibited or annoying to carry items.

Every. Single. Time. Every single time I walk into this Safeway, it's some shenanigans. Today's grocery shopping trip started out as nonsense and ended with me in tears in the parking lot. I've been treated like garbage by a couple of this staff on more than one occasion, but I've never been treated this badly or like a thief until today. Someone stole a cart of groceries as I was coming in the store, and I saw the loss prevention guy talking to them. That guy followed me through almost my entire time there. I was ignored by the pharmacy team and walked away after they deliberately avoided even acknowledging me for a while, got attitude and rolled eyes from the the person in the liquor section and the bagging person (all I said was there is cold stuff bags in my bunch I sent down the conveyor). I try to always be real nice to people in service positions, they deal with a lot of nonsense. But it's real hard to want to be nice to people that are consistently mean.

It’s first time in my life I got disappointed disrespect in Safeway. I have account with Safeway and always do shopping here. I moved in Sea-Tac with my relatives. I visit this Safeway for dog food. I was not sure which brand do my cousin use. I was calling him(not answered). I ask staff member (young girl)if I need to return something how you guys do refund because I’m going to pay by digital Apple Cash card. She(Safeway employee) told me we will do cash refund. Then I bought 2 bags of dog food. Unfortunately when I come to know it’s not the same kind and my cousin already bought. I came here to return. But old lady name Michelle she was very rude firstly she was ignoring me(showing she’s busy). After she said we can’t do refund if you have no physical card. I surprise when she said the girl is stupid who told you we will do cash refund. That girl was silent over there.I was jus helplessly requesting if you can refund on apple master card that I have physical or I can buy some else and she said I’m going to call police if you not go (she said you disrespect loud on me). I got scared & same one mature person(35-40aged)aggressively come to me and told me go out you disrespect her. I felt depressed and call the higher customer service line, they were surprised also why not they cash refund if it’s a digital card payment but they make me feel better that we will do refund as a check or let’s see how’s it work. Me and my all belongings sure will not come back this store again. I feel mostly staff of this store is unprofessional, they have no feel for good customer service..No Words ?

I came in to look at some stuff in an isle, and this old lady worker with long grey hair and glasses told me and my partner to “get out of my way” when she was passing with a cart, with PLENTY of room to pass us without us moving. She did it 3 times, told us to get out of her way. The third time she even said “I really just need you guys to move.”I don’t know why customer service reps think it’s okay to treat people like this. I wouldn’t DARE talk to a paying customer like that at my retail job. Absolutely ridiculous.I’d like to add that I’d like a follow up, and I will go back and get the woman’s name if necessary. She should not have a customer service job.
