Beware, testosterone-crazed security kids will check receipts at the door and then still cuss you out like a criminal anyway. Not a very neighborly way to treat a long-time customer but easy come easy go I guess.

Not sure how I got assigned to this Safeway instead of Cap hill. The delivery needs a lot of improvement in terms of accountability for checking if groceries are delivered correctly. More than six pounds of meat were missing from my order.
I was given unrealistic redelivery deadlines and kept getting delayed and delayed. The store delivery team would not answer any calls and just automatically redirected me to customer service. Out of all recommendations, the best I can give is to give the customer the courtesy that redelivery will happen the next day if it cannot be fulfilled the same day and to not lie that a call be returned at 7pm when the delivery will close at 7. Customers have to stay at home to make sure the food can be put away. Will never use Safeway delivery again and will go back to Amazon fresh, at least they’re dependable.

I appreciate the great customer service Safeway provides, even though it lacks efficiency due to the shortage of employees at the checkout area. All the employees treated me with respect. I also appreciate how helpful their employees are, always going above and beyond for the customer.

There is no restroom for clients.To do this, you need to contact a self-service cashier, which is located at the entrance, and the restroom is at the end of the store. Seriousl???
My kids couldn’t wait for this. They urgently needed restroom.
Guys, please don't scare your customers away with the worst service in this area. ?

Ugh had the misfortune of going to Safeway at five thirty in the morning, the self checkout is closed. Only checked out is in the alcohol section. The cashier (red head) black girl is the rudest person in the whole store. I had to wait for her to ring me and when she arrived she ordered me to empty my basket. No good morning or have a good day.. I personally don’t like her, will never ever shopped at 530 am

Make sure to check your receipt before you leave the store because they always ring you up incorrectly. So double check ✔️your receipts.

I have to say that this Safeway is really awful. A large number of employees are angry and short-tempered. Whether it's because the manager hired the worst possible employees or they are underpaid, it's best to avoid it. I have personally experienced better customer service at a business that exclusively hires former convicts than at this store. My whole mood and day just changed by the minimal interaction I had with few of them. What a dreadful experience.

??People stealing at the self-check out area.
Yesterday I went to this safeway. I saw how two customer at the self-check out area, they scan their items and did not pay. The first was a male white and the second an Asian lady. I know probably this is pretty common here, I approached the person who supposed to be at that area, I asked him: Who is the person who supposed to be helping customers here? He said: Why? Do you need help? I said yes. My husband, another customer and me told him about these two people. It looks like he did not care at all. Somehow, I understand the situation here in Seattle but I felt so bad. I think they should have more employees at the self check out area to make sure people is not stealing because is not okay. It does not make me feel safe ?

I rarely shop there any longer. It is more expensive for most groceries we use. I am glad it is there for items in a pinch.
