Horrible customer service and way of navigating claims. Little to no responses nor replys, no direct communication with desk adjuster. Only vm. Or email which get very little replies if any.
Slow service in general. Not to mention the automated service is terrible. Don't recommend

100% absolutely the WORST. Stay away if you can. We had a pipe burst 6 months ago, they still owe us money and the customer service has been terrible. This is after being a customer for 20 years. That relationship will be ending soon.

Customer service does not exist. Good luck getting in contact with anyone. Good luck canceling your insurance once you are trapped.
Safeco needs to be sued into the ground for their scam business
