I wanted to post a review to let the staff know how much they are appreciated. It was a rough journey to get my tow truck fixed but Loren and his staff did everyhing they could to make sure it was as simple as possible. Then when it came time for the bill because they listened and understood my situation they worked with me and made sure I was able to get back on the road. I couldn't thank them all enough! They will now be my go to shop for any needed tepairs!!

The guys over at RWC service our fleet of 8 trucks. Mostly Isuzu's, and a few Ford's. Their mobile mechanic does a great job, and responds to my calls and texts immediately. He is usually on site to repair same day or within a few days depending on urgency. The Service Manager at RWC responds to emails and calls quickly as well, and is always there to make sure we are taken care of. We appreciate the partnership we have with RWC and any issues are resolved very quickly!

I have a small fleet of trucks and always struggled to find the right organization that could service us.RWC was recommended to me by a truck dealer in Portland that we had bought two Internationals from.It has turned out to be one of the best things for our business. Their GMLoren Butt is absolutely amazing. He has a team below him that excels in customer service. Loren is very honest, straight forward, and only does work that is needed. No upsells, no dishonesty.Their team of mobile mechanics is good as well. Knowledgeable, and hard working.If you are looking for a fleet management company to service your big trucks, this is the company you want. .

Worst dealership there is! Stay away from this place! They care more about selling you parts than getting you back on the road. They were rude and unprofessional when I asked for a part number. They say that they will not help unless they are getting paid. WHAT A JOKE!

So disappointed. I was given a quote of almost $4000 and told all that was missing was parts because they didn't have that info yet. Only to check back with them after having my truck for 2 weeks to get an updated estimate since I'd already been told day after day they will get back to me and was told now it would be $12000 because they didn't give me all the info in the beginning. So the job minus parts really was $8000. I had asked them multiple times before even agreeing to the first estimate that it was everything minus the parts so that I wouldn't be shocked if I agreed to start the work. Why in the world would I agree to pay $8000 to just see what the problem and not even fix it was when I only paid $13000 for the truck itself. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I drove out from Lacey to the Seattle service department got there 10 mins before they closed because my check engine light came on and they tell me that the service department went home early today they been gone since 330 but told me at 1 they were open til 5. I told them that my check engine light might not be nothing because Enterprise said that sometimes these trucks do that and they had techs there and would not even plug it in just to tell me if its nothing even offered them 100 bucks just to plug it in. I don't recommend any one with a dark skin tone to go to this company it was clear that I wasn't welcome soon as I walked in

Their mobile techs can fix it all! Knowledgeable and pretty quick on showing up on mobile calls! Recommend to anyone that needs commercial truck repair!

Swift, competent, and pleasant service. The writers for the service are knowledgeable and provide responses quickly. The Seattle region has the top components department. Delivery of parts is prompt and courteous. Some of the greatest technicians in the industry work there. dealership of the highest caliber that regularly does it right the first time. When I initially called RWC they told me there was an approximate two day wait to do the initial diagnostic on the truck.. fortunately they got it in looked at and diagnosed sooner than that.. the entire service department was super easy to deal with.. Erica was my main point of contact she was always very friendly upbeat and proactive about speeding up the process of getting the estimate for all repairs and parts availability.. unfortunately the main repair item was on back order such as our current state of supply chain.. but other than that, which was beyond their control I had nothing but a positive experience start to finish!

$12/gal for diesel /DEFrefill? Pencil whip annual fed inspection creating serious safety risk? Run don’t walk for Penske. Glad to be rid of them.

thank you nice girl Wallis for customer service. 5 star phone service, 5 star meeting. upon arrival, spare parts for my truck were waiting for me. She also printed out a diagram of what and where in my truck is on paper. For a long time I have not seen such a service in the US. Many thanks to Wallis.

Unfortunately I had to use RWC group due to them being the only IZUZU approved mechanics in the area that have access to the computer to hook into your truck. We are a small business and pride ourselves on customer service and taking care of our customers is the only way we stay in business. These guys have a monopoly so they don't have to have any customer service or be in any hurry because they know they got you by the you know what. We had our truck there for over 2 weeks and were told it would ready to go several times only to say sorry they needed more time. Their prices are outrageous and they don't care if they fix the problem because if they don't , they know you will be back. I wish someone would start a competing business and show these guys the meaning of customer service. Buyer beware

I brought my Isuzu for service at RWC. The service team was fast and responsive and very helpful. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I was back on the road with no hang-ups. I highly recommend working with Seattle RWC.
