I've never purchased anything at a Ross store, but they have Amazon Drop-off at this location and I've been using it a lot.First, if you have not tried the Pickup Lockers you might think about it. It's super easy to walk in, scan your item and the door pops open and off you go. You don't have Amazon stuff sitting around on your Porch and you don't have all that Amazon traffic in and out of your House.Ross has some Security thing where they stop you at the entrance so they can scan your Face, look-up your Criminal Record, review your High School Geometry grades and check your FaceBook page to see if you've been mean to anybody when you broke up with them.Okay, I'm kidding about most of that but they do stop you and I assume they are getting a good photo of your face or whatever. Anyway, it's a bit odd and I feel sorry for the Loss Prevention folks who have to do that, so I'm always extra nice and chat them up a bit. They are Super Nice in kind and I look forward to seeing my friends at Ross when I go pickup my Amazon do-dads.

I thankfully never had to visit anyone in prison before, but I imagine the check-in process is not unlike the experience of entering this store. They will have you stop and wait probably while some hidden camera scans your face. Also, the big sign for the dressing rooms in the back is a farce as they are permanently closed and you are forced to go to a porta potty style dressing room setup that's closer to the front of the store. Not only is the setup like a porta potty but they smell like one too!!! I think someone seriously left a dirty diaper or something in one of them. As others have mentioned, their selection was quite slim. Thankfully, I got what I was looking for and GTFO but the overall experience was lacking. Even for Ross standards. I would either choose a different location in the future or avoid altogether!

Obviously, this location will soon be closed! Shelves and racks are consistently bare. The security is over the top and shows that theft has forced this location to not stock the shelves!

You have to "wait in line" to get into the empty store and be forced to make small talk with security. Then they follow you around the store for no reason. Don't go to this location.

Beware: this store is taking pictures of your face when you enter. The security guard will tell you the reason you have to wait to pass through the gate is for crowd control but it’s because they are getting a pic of you. Capturing personal data (your face) without our consent is illegal in Europe and at the very least unethical here. I hate it that Ross now could use my face. The deal is DEFINITELY not worth the deals. Don’t believe me? Go shopping there and notice the flash as you are kept from entering by security.

A lot of their displays are empty, so bad selection and on beauty products especially. The whole ‘waiting to be let in the store’ is weird. I was told it was for crowd control but there was no one even in the store when I went. When I paid today I wasn’t allowed to start bagging my stuff until after I paid so I could feel the cashier’s antsyness as I bagged my items up after the transaction, as I turning to leave, I was saying thank you and she cut me off and shouted “NEXT!” Lol ok. I probably won’t be back, just not a good Ross.

Being stopped at the door and having to wait in line is not acceptable. I shouldn't have to be let in like I'm going into the club. If this is the new normal. I'll be shopping elsewhere. I also shop at ross a lot. I'm not doing this tho

Good selection only in beginning of months when they get shipments but staff is always friendly and layout is great. One of my faves

Going through the store there is feces on the floor. There's a persistent stench emanating from inside; must be why a lot of the workers here have sour, poor attitudes. Definitely needs a heavy makeover, plus I'm pretty sure I saw one person smoking crack but then she came in acting like a manager so ? this place is bonkers.

There’s usually decent stuff here at a discount, but the service is always lacking when checking out. I usually write it off because this place is always busy and I’m sure being a cashier is hard enough, plus the haul I get is usually worth it. However today was the most egregious and bizarre experience I have had. I didn’t get her name, but the cashier was a young black woman with wavy black hair and a terrible attitude. While I was being checked out, I asked for a bag and she said no (???). I was surprised and asked her again for one (they were right next to the register) and she just laid it on top of my items then walked away. I was baffled, but was ready to leave so I started bagging my own items. A moment later, a line started behind me while I was bagging my own things and the cashier returned only to rudely tell me to “go do that at another register”. I figured when shopping I wouldn’t need to do the job of bagging my own things, let alone being spoken to so rudely. The entire interaction gave me the ick. I do love the deals at Ross, so I will be back at some point… just not when this young woman is working.
