Every Monday night, rain or shine, I drive about an hour so not to miss Christine’s 7pm class. I still can hardly believe what a special experience she creates. A combination of astrology, sound art, breathwork, intuitive guidance, she sings like she can feel my deep feelings and paint them with her voice. I routinely have an experience with myself that feels magical and allows me to be more fully with myself. I laugh & cry and am always grateful. She is creating something so spot on and gorgeous right on the edge of art & yoga. The studio is lovely with everything you could want. I imagine the other classes are wonderful too.

Beautiful studio. Just moved back from LA and have been searching for a non heated studio (so hard in seattle!) with more levels represented. It's so wonderful coming for a challenge, or a more restorative class. Its a lovely community and amazing teachers so far - I'm so so happy to have found it. Coming from Venice ca I thought it would be difficult to find but I have found my studio

First off: join this studio. It's fantastic. There's a super generous month-long intro package that pays for itself in two visits. The recurring monthly contract pays for itself in five visits. Get thee onto your mat. What prompted this review, though, was my experience at a six hour silent mediation mini-retreat run by Emily Parzybok. Her retreats are offered at minimal cost (those for whom that cost is a significant hardship can generally attend for free if they email the studio ahead of time), but the experience is profound and priceless. It's hard to write a review for this sort of thing because it can be so personal and ineffable, but suffice to say, Emily creates a compassionate and peaceful environment for movement and mindfulness and her instruction is top notch. All the other teachers I've practiced with are great, too! There's something for everyone, whether you want a really technical, detail-oriented practice or something more flowing and beautiful. Also, as far as I can tell, everyone who works there has really good taste in music. The studio space itself is clean and gorgeously minimalist, the props plentiful and seemingly well-maintained. They have a secondary studio space for events that occasionally has technical difficulties, but the staff always work around any issues to make the classes happen as expected. Bottom line: Ritual House has quickly become one of my favorite places in the city.

Consistently great classes with consistently amazing instructors. They are all super chill and accommodating for yogis of all levels. I feel like whoever finds the instructors must do a great job interviewing and determining if their yoga personality is a good fit, because everyone I've gone to has been great. I appreciate all the different kinds of yoga. It can be hard to find a true hatha or ashtanga class in the city - this place has them. Favorite yoga studio in the city, hands down.

This is my favorite place to do yoga because the teachers take into account the spiritual aspect of yoga, providing insightful thoughts at the beginning and end of practice.

A very nice studio. The teachers here do different things which is refreshing. Beautiful open space and a great introductory rate.

I had a great experience here! I took the Soft Serve breathing workshop several weeks back. The space is warm, inviting and beautiful- which I find inspiring! The instructor was just lovely and put everyone at ease. I wish there was one further up north, but it was definitely worth the trip.
