The Pharmacy at this Rite Aid location has the worst Customer Service that I've ever experienced. They ignore you at the counter, but the worst problem that I had was that I had COVID, and my Doctor sent a prescription for Paxlovid to this pharmacy. When I showed up to pick it up, they told me that they didn't have any Paxlovid. I was sick with COVID and needed this medication. They didn't bother to call me or my Doctor to alert us to the fact that they couldn't fill it. INCREDIBLE! Consequently, I had to wait until the next day, when I felt even more sick from COVID to get it filled at a different pharmacy. The person working behind the counter acted indifferent and didn't seem to care at all, and didn't even apologize or make a suggestion as to when or if I could get it there or another Rite Aid. I would NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone. From this experience, and terrible previous experiences, this is the worst pharmacy that I've ever been to in Seattle. The people working there have zero empathy and the worst customer service ever. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

Extremely dysfunctional pharmacy with pitiful, downright dismal service. Feel bad for their poor employees who want to be helpful but are handcuffed with towing a (bankrupt) company line. Before Riteaid's acquisition Bartell's was was the local place to go, however, but ever since it's been nothing but a total failure. I do not recommend.

Currently Rite Aid's Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey Stein is getting paid $300,000 a month for "consulting" fees. He's also asking for $20 million as part of the negotiations for Rite Aid to exit its current bankruptcy claim.
How much are the employees that work at this and other locations getting paid?

Rating five stars because when I came in the automatic door was malfunctioning and kept opening with a really annoying sound every 5-10 seconds, but the employees were still sane enough to ring up my purchase. Some of these reviews need a little perspective; nobody wants to suck. We do what we can with what we're given. You've been given the knowledge that this pharmacy is garbage, yet despite here you are.
If all of you together are not capable of understanding that you're not going to change the way this pharmacy is managed, perhaps it's time for you to take a step back and see how you can manage your own decisions.
Peace (◠‿◕)
P.S. The pharmacy has a separate Google review page. It's literally the next one down on the results. The irony of complaining so incompetently about the incompetence of people running the service you seek is delightful.

Pharmacy: Trevor treated every customer I watched him interact with rudely, childishly and sarcastically, all while wearing a dirty t shirt. I was frankly flabbergasted at him rolling his eyes and saying “whatever, not like I believe you” to the woman ahead of me; luckily for me I only got an exasperated sigh and a “fine, guess that’s something MORE for my to do list” when I tried to pick up a prescription. Cmon, guys. I know there’s a pharmacist shortage, but you can do better than Trevor.

In the past I have had to wait at this Walgreens. This time, however, I was told the pharmacy js running 4-5 days behind. As far as I know, that is unprecedented.
The person who assisted me was polite and professional and I do not blame her personally, but clearly Rite Aid needs to address this issue causing days long delays on medications not due to shortages in supply.

I stopped using this store for prescriptions due to the brunette pharmacy worker who was so absolutely vile and rude to me with a true sociopathic smirk to match. Girl, you should not be anywhere near the general public, let alone in a field that aims to help care for people and live a better life. People need some of these meds to live, and you clearly don’t take the job seriously at all if you can be that incompetent (meds are never ready as all the reviews here state) and also absolutely nasty to people.
Left here in tears, never coming back ✌️

Absolute worst pharmacy. It regularly takes me two or three tries showing up before I actually get my prescription because of waiting or them having to recharge it or a bunch of other things. And the store in general is also just not stocked well. Don’t waste your time unless you absolutely have to.

Front Cashiers are exceptionally kind and one actually laughed at my kidding around when I was asked for ID to purchase a over 21 beverage...

Very slow pharmacy, and at least half the general store is out of stock all the time. Usually I can't even count on this store for everyday basics. Seems like almost no one even works here.

I can add to the terrible experience of others, they will constantly tell me me prescription is too early to fill, then if I call the next day, they will tell me it's out of stock and can't be fill, making my prescription constantly late every month.

This is the worst pharmacy. I’ve picked up medications from this pharmacy for a couple months now and never once was my prescription filled correctly or on time. There have been times where they call me to say the prescription is ready and when I show up it’s not there. There have been times when I call to fill a prescription and they say they’ll have it ready by a given time but when I arrive it’s not ready. Most recently, I filled prescriptions that I needed for a procedure and they only filled one. I had to ask them to fill the others and had to wait additional time for them to fill the prescription correctly. They did not tell me that I needed additional prescriptions filled. If I had not known to ask about the other prescriptions, I would have not completed the pre procedure instructions correctly and I would have had to reschedule my procedure. When I brought this up, there were not apologies from the staff. As a reminder your work affects people’s health and wellness. I understand you may be understaffed, but please do your job correctly and at very least apologize when you make a mistake.

I just always have a hard time finding something when the shelves are always empty but it the closest for me when I’m in a pinch. Nice staff , usually only 1 checker and half the time the self check outs are closed and no bags to use , that’s why I’m always in the checkout line for a bag.

Dont waste your time here. It's better to drive further than to wait here. It is the worst pharmacy. It will take you 2 hours to get your prescription. Line moves so slow, and when you get to the window, they don't have your prescription ready. They never refill your prescriptions on time so you always have to go before you run out, wait an hour in line to ask them to refill your prescription and then come again later, wait again in line to pick it up. Seriously, just go to the UV pharmacy.
