I have had Rhinestone Rosie repair a number of vintage jewelry pieces for me. Her work is excellent. She is very easy to work with and her prices are fair. When I first started to sell vintage jewelry, I met her for an appointment and she was very helpful with pricing and information.

I took a piece of vintage jewelry in for repair. The person in the store was attentive and polite. I ended up looking around because there was such an amazing collection of vintage jewelry for sale. I will be back. This is a cool place with a knowledgeable staff.

Absolutely incredible collection of vintage jewelry. They have a little bit of everything and even over modifications to some pieces. I've used their repair services and was delighted with the outcome.

I bought my girlfriend a lil Valentine’s Day gift here! The lady there was so kind! There were so so many amazing choices, but to help me out, she spent plenty of time picking out the right jewelry for my girlfriend and even looked at her Insta to get her style right. My girlfriend loved her garnet earrings! Thank you so much!

I brought in a Moissanite bracelet for repair, all stones were in tact but the lady clearly explained that to repair my bracelet, a stone would have to be removed, which was fine by me as long as it was returned. Upon finding time to pick up my repair which was admittedly well done, she did not return the missing stone & seemed clueless when I inquired about it. I counted the stones to confirm. Overall I am happy with my repair but I'm extremely disheartened they lost my stone (I had plans for it after she explained it would be removed.) My advice is; If you ever visit this shop, make sure you take pictures before and after like other jewelers do to ensure you have all of your pieces returned.Update: again I'd like to stress that I counted the stones before and after.

I am going to start w/ a cliche- "I don't usually write reviews, especially unfavorable".... because it is usually a very subjective experience in my opinion and depends on many factors. So, I am writing this review for those going to “SELL JEWELRY” to Rosies for the first time that are not sure what to expect. This review is NOT for those looking to buy at Rosie’s, as I am reviewing the selling to Rosie's process.I am writing this review after my 2nd selling experience only a few days later (check out my review of Federal Way Custom Jewelers).I made an appt to meet w/ Lucia (Rhinestone Rosies) last Saturday after having sent pics the day prior. I had a large amount of jewelry for her to look at.I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect or how this would work. She asked me if I had ever sold my stuff before and I told here “no-that this was my 1st time. She pulled out 2 pieces of velvet and told me this is her “maybe buy side” and this is my “want to buy side”. I had a lot (a lot of costume, silver, gold, etc) soon the piles became one big pile, she even added another piece of velvet. She went through it all VERY quickly. I had questions I wanted to ask and I felt very rushed- She said she had another appt and there were multiple interruptions from walk-in customers that had not sched appts. She had told them when they came in that is was appt only, but let them in. Anyway, she was very distracted and kept taking care of customers and coming back and starting again. Soon there was a one huge mound of jewelry and at the end she asked me what I wanted to get for all of it. I was very confused as we had never really talked about any of the items and their value. None of the silver or gold was weighed as was done at Fed Way Cus Jewelers. When I said "you are going through all this so quickly, she said she goes through estates like this all the time. In hindsight, I could have said - “no” - and just left with my jewelry, but I didn’t and that's on me.If there is a next time I will approach the situation differently. The whole experience left me feeling “not so good”.I am not writing this with the hindsight that I should have gotten more money. Maybe it was a fair price, maybe not. Here are my takeaways for anyone looking to sell their jewelry, silver, etc:1. Make an appointment with a jeweler who has set aside time for you only and only you. Ask them if they will answer any questions you have tell you about your piece, its time period, it's worth to them, what they will sell it for, or melt it, whether or they think you should keep it and pass it down, etc.**your silver and gold should be weighed**2. It should be a relaxed experience, not rushed through. This can be an emotional process, even if you don’t think so, it will be. Find someone who understands this.(FWCJ w/ Brandon- was kind and respectful of me and my heirlooms)3. You should never feel pressured or obligated to sell, no matter how much time you have taken of theirs.Nor are they obligated to buy.If it does not feel right, walk out with your "stuff".4. I would go to Rhinestone Rosies w/ my costume and collectables only after having them looked at by a jeweler at a true jewelry store (sells diamonds and gold) and tells you that you don't have anything worth them buying from you.5. It is a nice store if you are looking to buy costume jewelry and she does seem knowledgeable.

While having some second thoughts about the best gift to buy a girlfriend, she told me that "everything is refundable". A week later when I came back to exchange or get a refund, she told me "all sales are final". You better think twice before making any important business from this scam artist.

What do you do with sentimental costume jewelry that is broken, or clip-on earrings that make your ears hurt, or a great rhinestone bracelet find with a few stones that have lost their sparkle? Send them to Rosie! I live in Boston, and my local jewelers don't work on base metal or handle these sorts of issues, so I sent several pieces to Rosie for repair and conversion, and they came out beautifully. She was even able to take link/stone from a vintage necklace to replace a lost earring. Clear communication and friendly service.I can't remember how I found Rosie, but I'm so glad I did!

I entrusted Rhinestone Rosie with my broken family treasures (tons of memories, there). She increased neck sizes for greater comfort AND repaired latches using the right weight, color, and type of metal and stones. It would have been a time-consuming and expensive experience to find the right materials for these jobs AND perform a quality repair. GREAT JOB RHINESTONE ROSIE. Thank you!

I am a big vintage costume jewelry collector. Last year I lost a rhinestone in one of my rings and was so disappointed as no one could fix it. A quick internet search and I was introduced to Rhinestone Rosie who not only fixed my ring, but the work was excellent, the price reasonable, and it was all completed by phone, mail, and e-mail. Since then I have had several pieces repaired and I am always happy. Rhinestone Rosie is a gem!

Great shop! Great Service! Rhinestone Rosie’s is a wonderful find. I needed an eyeglass frame repair for my all time favorite glasses. I was referred to Rhinestone Rosie’s by my Optometrist. Thank goodness. My frame rhinestones have now been repaired and replaced. They are beautiful and this repair saved my favorite glasses. I highly recommend this shop for beautiful and unusual jewelry, professional service, and high quality repair work. Thank you Rhinestone Rosie!

Seeing all the sparkling jewelry so beautifully displayed was an experience. It must have been Rosie who quickly helped me pick out 7 pins for my family's Christmas presents. All beautiful. She is businesslike but patient. I highly recommend this jewelry store, where the prices are reasonable and the service is outstanding!

I brought in a Trifari set for repair of some missing rhinestones and was very pleased with the quality of work and service. I highly recommend them for repairs, and if you have to wait, they have awesome stuff for sale too!
