Quality items at a very fair price. I had shopped all day for a dress for a party and found nothing. I found several great choices here and they were all very well made. Even the vintage items seemed brand new. Dresses were around $24-$80. I found a perfect LBD! I will definitely be back!

Such cool, unique, edgy-cute jewelry, clothing, accessories, and homegoods mostly made by local creators. Staff is also really friendly, even directing me to a list of stores that are likely to have the exact thing I was looking for.

Call before you go! Took an Uber all the way there only to see a paper sign saying they were closed. They were supposed to close at 6 pm, but were closed at 3:40 pm. (Rating is for the merchandise that was visible from the windows).

I ordered some bandanas from Revival Shop Seattle. They were the only folks I could find who had specifically what I was looking for. I wanted something made in America from 100% natural cotton and in a very specific pattern, and Revival had just that at very competitive prices. I should also add that I made my order after store hours.The very next day, as soon as they opened, I received an email from the owner herself. She reached out to apologize and explain that an item that was listed in stock at a certain quantity was only available in a lesser quantity. I bought multiples of this item, mind you.The owner made every effort to ensure I was informed of the situation and to make it right. She offered me solutions, up to and including a full refund right then and there, and sincerely asked how we could move forward in the best manner for me, the customer.We got everything straight with a couple emails and my items were headed my way that very same day. They arrived promptly and were packaged with class and care.I gave Revival a shot and I am very glad I did. They are focused on customer service and run their business with integrity and a helpful attitude. They even tossed in a cool sticker for my locker at work, which I greatly appreciate. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant buying experience and will gladly buy from them again.

This small shop has so many amazing goodies packed into it! I had a really hard time deciding what I wanted. I’ll definitely be back! The clerk was friendly and helpful when I wanted to see something. I guess I understand why people would feel watched; it’s a very small space with expensive (deservedly so) jewelry and items. But I didn’t feel like they hovered and were the same level of attentive to other people that came in.

Every time I come in here, I feel watched and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t come if it weren’t for the interesting fabrics and decor items. Others in the comments have mentioned this feeling of unease, and it is clear that the shop has an inconsistent record of how they treat customers. The clothing items are somewhat reasonably priced for Cap Hill standards but the jewelry is overpriced (“locally made” but very similar to what you can find 10 other shops on Etsy selling).

Ashley, the kickass owner, is delightful and has curated a wide assortment of clothing, jewelry and accessories! I love that she features talented creatives like jeweler Sarah Meranda of Magpie Mouse Studios! This is the perfect shop if you want to spend a while exploring or to run in and buy a last minute gift!

Such an amazing place to visit! If you are going to Seattle you must visit Revival Shop! The variety of accessories, masks, and jewelry make me feel like a little happy girl who wants to buy everything! And one more thing I would say about this place is that it is the best market for unique and eye-catching gifts for your friends. It's worth it.
