We ordered the Oslo Open Dining Table and it was too small for our space so I called RH to swap for the larger option and they immediately assisted! Game changer! The customer service is IMPECCABLE! We also ordered dining chairs, an 8x10 and 9x10 rug and love it all, very high quality products, a smooth and professional delivery process and The RH Gallery in Seattle is so nice it gave us a lot of inspiration for our own home! Highly recommend this place, the customer service is second to none. Thank you!

My wife and have bought about $60,000 worth of furniture from this store. We paid the annual membership fee a few times now and the last designer service ruined it completely for us. We've been wanting to get more furniture from the store, but our previous experience keeps preventing us from doing the.The designer we had last time kept on belittling the fact we're approaching her for a small set of furniture with a budget of 10 - 15k. She kept telling us the budget is too small for her to design and implied more than once we are wasting her time. She told us, we should have just ordered from the website without involving her at all. My wife and I just only wanted a professional to validate our color choice and how a few pieces match together or not. I'm not sure why I'm paying $550 a year AND spending 10 - 15K for someone to make my wife and I feel this way. I won't recommend the designers here to anyone who's looking for the service.

Beautiful showroom, great for getting ideas and inspiration. Like others said though, the staff is standoffish and dismissive. Not very welcoming.

A "luxury" company that clearly doesn't understand what luxury is when it comes to time and experience. I've had the WORST experience. I ordered in November and I still haven't received my item; the first 3 times I was understanding due to weather conditions, then came the 4th and the item came damaged. They told me I would have the replacement by the 2nd week of Jan (because they had the item in CA) - not true. By the 5th time I had to follow up to see when they were delivering, we scheduled a date -AGAIN- and THEY CANCELED the delivery the same day because THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE ITEM, they said the item was in Baltimore and it should take 7-10 days, and guess what?? I followed up AGAIN today and they still can't give me a date of delivery. Save your time and patience.

Everything looks the same. This place would make an excellent apartment though. This store is for people who swear there's a difference between beige and beige.

Horrible delivery experience, we have been waiting for two nightstands to be delivered for last 3 months. The delivery has been cancelled thrice with damage to the pieces or just plain lack of communication. For the price we pay here, they need to get their act together.

I ordered a bed from Restoration Hardware and accepted the fact that it would arrive until the beginning of January. They emailed today to say it wouldn't be here until March. They had to have known the situation when I placed the order. Bait and switch.
