I brought my 2001 Maxima to Repair Revolution when they first opened back in 2013 or 2014 and was incredibly impressed with the service. One of the technicians took it upon themselves to find a part my car needed that was no longer in production from a nearby salvage yard. They went above and beyond and saved my car! Fast forward a decade, and I’m back in Seattle but with a different car. I was so happy with them before that I didn’t hesitate to bring my 2013 Sonic to have them check out after having some major work done at a dealership. Repair Revolution really is the best because they’re kind and extremely transparent. You know you’re getting the best service with them.

I have never dropped a review in the 10+ years of having a Google account, but I need to now.
Repair Revolution and especially Eli were so so helpful, professional, and overall just great people. They helped me resolve various auto issues caused by another auto shop. They were also able to provide documentation and images (which is standard for them) to help me better understand what was wrong with my car and what was (or wasn’t) in need of repair. This eventually helped me dispute charges from other auto shop for not providing services as described. They were also super helpful with fixing another unrelated car issue at very reasonable prices.
100% sticking with Repair Revolution from now on!

What I'd have given for this place to have existed everywhere else I've lived. Everyone is very nice, the owner gives very transparent and easy to understand recommendations, and they really stand behind their work. Will be coming here for as long as I live in Seattle!

This review is long overdue. I came to Repair Revolution after having a consistently mediocre to poor experience at another business - who recommended a brake change after I came in for headlamp replacement. Knowing that brake jobs can run higher than my current budget allowed, I applied for a Synchrony Credit Card. I couldn't bring myself to go back to that establishment, and did some research on where else I could use the card. Repair Revolution was on the list. This shop had been on my radar for some time, so I decided to check it out.
I couldn't have been more pleased with my decision. This has been hands down the best place I have ever gotten my vehicle serviced at. Customer service is on point. I love that there is complete transparency and thorough education (WITHOUT "MAN-SPLAINING") was provided about the condition of my vehicle and WHY they recommended a particular service.
As it turns out, my brakes were not in as bad of shape, as I was originally led to believe. I appreciate that Gabe helped me come up with a thorough maintenance plan, and took the time to help me prioritize, and re-prioritize services based on my budget and urgency of recommended repair and overall maintenance.
They worked with me to reschedule an appointment that fell on the day of the "Ice Storm of 2022."
Their waiting room is super cozy, with a fancy coffee machine, fireplace, WiFi access, a clean bathroom, and other thoughtful touches. It doesn't smell like rubber tires, engine fluids, etc...and is aesthetically pleasing.
If in and out, quick and dirty service is what you're looking for, this isn't the place for you. If you want yourself and your vehicle to be well-cared for and treated with the respect you deserve, make an appointment with the friendly and competent team at Repair Revolution!

Repair revolution went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend them! The customer service was amazing and the work the did was top tier. Gabe and the other gentleman that helped me where amazing with my complex situation. I waited a couple months to get in and it was worth the wait for sure!

Unfortunately was not a good experience. The mechanic was good. But a piece of glass was left inside and when i put the window up you can hear it scratching inside the door. There is no waiting room and the glass was not the exact one but well, it worked for the purpose
