I always get good service and quality gear at Road N Rack. My most recent visit was to purchase a boat hitch which I knew little about. They explained it well, sold me the right part and then offered to install it right there in the parking lot. I walked away satisfied.

Had a great experience when I talked through my options for a ski rack. I was thoughtfully given all of the relevant information including info that they had a used rack of the model that I was looking at. When I got home and realized that I had made a mistake and couldn’t actually fit the used model to my new rack, they were helpful in exchanging it for one that did work. Kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and helpful, I’ll continue to go to Rack and Road for all of my rack and accessory needs.

I bought an awning online for my 23 Subaru Forester Wilderness, and it was missing appropriately sized 20mm T bolts. Ordering from Amazon was going to cost around 20$, and take a day extra. I called Rack n Road, and spoke with Ned, and he said he could help me out. My brother stopped by, and Ned gave him the 4 bolts for free! The next possible accessory or service is can buy from Rack n Road, i definitely will!

Amazing experience with Rack N Road. I called for a hitch installation on my RAV4 - they ordered the piece and it arrived about 4 days later. I was able to immediately make an appointment for installation and worked from a nearby coffee shop during the 2ish hour job!
Hitch and wiring was done super well !

The guys at the Aurora Rack N Road are awesome, highly recommend. I first went here to get a replacement part for a Kuat rack, and they offered to sell me a part from a new rack they had in stock rather than wait weeks for the part to come in. Second time, they helped me with a tricky lock & key replacement issue for a roof box that would otherwise take me weeks with Thule (thanks Brandon!). Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND their service and will ONLY go to Rack N Road for any rack or accessories.
