We are new to the area so I was hopeful it would work out finding a new vet in Queen Anne for our two cats and dog. I was 13 minutes late for my cat’s appointment for ongoing health concerns. I totally get it, on me. But I had filled out all the forms ahead of time, made sure her records were there, and paid their required deposit. Things happen, people are late.
They did not check if the provider would still see me instead, Caitlin and the other gal at the front just turned us away. Where is the compassion for my elderly, sick cat? As it was the end of the day, I assume they just wanted to make sure they didn’t have to stay late.
As someone who works in healthcare, I expect a little more understanding and grace.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Our new patient appoint was thorough and all of the staff were so kind. We walked in 15 min before our appointment time and were immediately roomed. The vet was incredibly kind and gave us lots of resources - she took time to explain everything and gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions during the visit. She was very kind to our kitty! The front desk staff and the vet tech were also amazing, giving us plenty of information to take home. They were all so kind to us and out cat.

Vet we worked with was very thorough, and took the time to answer my questions and explain processes in detail. Worked with my dog to make her feel comfortable and overall was an excellent experience.

Exceptional! Dr. Salt and her team are the crème de la crème of veterinary care. With expertise that practically oozes from her, Dr. Salt makes me feel like Bella is in the paws of an absolute pro. Her kindness and compassion shine brighter than a supernova—it's clear she has a genuine love for her four-legged patients. If Bella could write a review, she’d probably say, “Pawsitively perfect!” Thank you!

Been going to them for years and I’m moving and told them that I needed everything for flying with my dog across country.
They failed to provide a Health Certificate and after I paid an exorbitant $500 for my dogs check up told me I can schedule another appointment and added a :). Seriously, how inconsiderate and money hungry can they be. I’m not one to write bad reviews but the way they disregarded me as a money pit really grinds my gears.

I can’t tell you enough how amazing this team is.
I was very nervous bringing my cat in just cause I’ve never had a medical issue with him before. They asked me to come right away Monday morning and were a very tender heart warming team. They would email me almost daily asking Shiro status and pictures for him as well of his recovery. I def will make them my primary care team for my cat when he needs care.
Thanks again to everyone and the staff to helping me through this difficult time. I appreciate all of you!

Staff is so nice and very helpful and responsive. The vet we saw Dr. Fraser is fantastic and very communicative about lab results etc. My cats loved her and were both very relaxed throughout the appointment which I absolutely did not expect. Glad to have established them as our vet here in Seattle. Recommend.
