They took my insurance information when I booked an appointment, but waited to inform me it was out of network until I showed up.They can easily tell you this type of thing when making the appointment, but choose not to.

New to this pharmacy on QA after Bartells closed. The lead pharmacist has been super. Helpful, courteous and great customer service. Good on immunizations as well

Just for pharmacy and RX Area- Always had friendly experiences with the pharmacy staff. I'll update this when I come in to get my prescriptions.

This is why there's a long line at Bartel's. Across the board the people that work here are rude and unhelpful. On a positive note they never have a line.

Unprofessional pharmacy. I called an asked if a specific medication was available at their pharmacy, and was assured it was there. I called my doctor to have the prescription transferred. Upon arriving the following day, I went to go pick it up and the pharmacist just said they do not do fill for Telehealth providers. This is a pharmacy specific rule. He basically just told me I was "SOL". The pharmacy made no attempt to tell me of this policy or contact me after it was transferred. Now I have to wait multiple days for my medication because of their poor planning and management. Please make an effort to contact customers if there is an issue with their prescription.

Really grateful for the pharmacists and pharmacy techs who work here. They always go above and beyond to help overcome issues and genuinely care about their patients. Thank you for caring so much about the community you serve.

Most terrible experience: came out of tooth surgery and needed antibiotics. I saw that this pharmacy is open until 8pm. I managed to get there by 7:55pm. One person in front of me, waiting for 3 minutes or so. When it was my turn, the response was: don’t expect us to get you your antibiotics now, we are closing in 2 minutes. Come back tomorrow. The story gets even better. When I asked whether she knows where to find a 24h pharmacy she told me she doesn’t know. Turns out the next one is just three blocks away, and it took the pharmacist there literally two minutes to prepare my antibiotics.

I’m here just trying to do my job and the two women working today couldn’t be bothered to help me find a laxative product for an order. They even closed the counter gate passive aggressively- apparently if they aren’t stocking the pharmacy shelves they don’t have to help you find a product at the pharmacy.

replace the stolen shopping cart so people can buy more items. the carts would pay for themselves because people would be able to get more things than just what they can hold in their arms.

I had been angry at Walgreens (again). My dentist gave me a script for prescription (Prevident by Colgate) toothpaste with a high level of fluoride. Walgreens wanted $26 for one small tube. It wasn't covered by insurance. My dentist did mark it ok for generic and even had a coupon. First the pharmacist scowled and said that this was the generic (uh, explain the registered trademark, please) and she couldn't substitute even though another Walgreens said it was ok but didn't have it in stock. I mentioned that and the said they were not identical. I went home and compared. The FLAVOR was different. First, any generic can be substituted for another generic. And it wasn't a generic. State Law says they have to give me the generic if approved. She actually called the dentist and got her to re-write the script to be sure the flavor was different. (Still makes no diff....it's the active ingredients.) I filed a complaint with the State Pharmacy Board--a waste of time.) So I go to QFC. I've got the law printed out and statements....I'm ready. I said I had this script but also this coupon that works on the generic. Can they do that? He said, "absolutely." A few minutes later, I walked out the door paying $5 per tube instead of $26 at Walgreens. Today I had to reorder. The coupon was for 3 tubes, but only 2 were left. IO explained that and the pharmacist said she'd contact my dentist and work it all out and tell me when it was ready. I saved $63...on toothpaste. I'm a cynic that sees the glass half full and points out the fingerprints on the glass. I just ordered this after an hour dealing with Kaiser. Friendly service, going out of their way for me. I can't remember the last time I've even had tolerable service. I feel like I'm gushing. It really felt good to know there are nice people who want to help. Thanks!
