Bought a mattress, the sales associate told us we didn't need to buy one of the electric bases they have in the showroom, as it came with just a basic base. Upon delivery it didn't, and when called, he denied saying that, and only offered a 5% discount to buy one. Sad that they had to lie to make a sale.

My partner and I had a great experience at Purple showroom at University Village. We needed to pick a mattress for our kid's room.We were welcomed by Vince who helped us through our visit.All staff is very nice. While trying and discussing different mattress options we didn't feel pressured.We both are very happy with the mattress from Purple.I also decided that I need a new pillow, and I am happy beyond imagining with Harmony pillow (low height). It's the best pillow I've ever had. I've been sleeping on it for over a week like a baby. I am not ready to share it with my partner. Now they need to go and get a second one for themselves :)

I went into the Purple U-Village store today to see how their mattresses felt compared to several online mattresses I've tried over the past year and still haven't found something that works. Right away I was greeted by Jessie who asked a handful of questions to help her figure out which option would be best for me. She answered a ton of my questions, gave me ZERO pressure, and helped me work through some complex delivery logistics since I'm about to move out of state. I can't wait to sleep on the mattress and even if it doesn't work out, this was far and away the best and most relaxing mattress shopping experience I could ever imagine. 10 out of 10. Thanks Jessie.

We came into the store today to try out some Purple Mattresses. We were greeted immediately by Adriana and she tailored our experience to finding the right mattress. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and had peaceful energy. We were able to find the right mattress and the right pillows! She also offered us a discount for being in Healthcare. Adriana was awesome and we were very happy with our experience at the Purple Showroom. We are very excited for our Purple Mattress and highly recommend Adriana.

Visited the Purple Mattress Showroom in Seattle today intending to learn about the Purple Mattress choices as I've been researching various brands for about a month. My plan was just to check them out and then go up the street to visit another brand I'd been leaning towards.On arrival was greeted by Jessie. We discussed what I was looking for my next mattress to do and what I didn't like about my current mattress. She directed me straight to a model that she thought would best suit me. From there we looked at several alternatives such as firmer or softer, more or less support etc. I ultimately ended up purchasing the original model Jessie showed me. During the hour or so I spent in the store I found it a great positive experience. Jessie knows her products very well, was professional in her manner and not pushy in any way at all. Looking at many mattresses types and constructions you get a lot of information and it can easily get forgotten in conversation. She was very patient as I know I had her repeating several things as I narrowed down all the models to my final choice.I really didn't expect to finalize a purchase there today but I was so impressed with the products and service that I saw no reason to look anymore. I'm confident I've made a great choice but at the same time I know they'll take care of me if I want to change.

The customer service is great. But we received the wrong firmness of mattress. The mattress hurt me and my husband's backs so badly. The bed is hot instead of cooling and it collapses on the sides. You can feel the waffling as well. Had to return it. The bed was almost 4 grand and it was the worst I've ever had.

Whole experience was... *Okay*Me and my wife went into the store to look at mattresses. The salespeople were kind and friendly and helped us make a selection that included all the extras and add-ons.The problems started with purchasing the base of the bed (which is separate and not included). We had 3 options, a basic metal box frame ($150), a nicer metal frame with grey covering around it ($600), and the premium adjustable frames that can vibrate and change positions ($2.5K). This is when the saleswoman told us about a special offer they had on an older model of adjustable frame, apparently they no longer worked with that specific manufacturer and just had the frame sitting out of the box in the back and they were practically giving it away to whoever could take it; selling it for only $600 with the wrinkle that you had to pick it up yourself since it was not technically for sale anymore.We thought about it and the salespeople assured us we could come pick up the frame another day once we rented a U-Haul, they even said they would assist us with loading it. So, we purchased it and said we would come back the next day.Now, we live in Ferndale and the store is in Seattle. This is an expensive U-Haul rental but we justified the cost by the savings on the frame. So I arrived at the store and went to speak with the salespeople to get the frame loaded. What they didn't tell us was that the frame is over 400lb and unwieldy as hell, and they did not have people able to help us move it. It was just myself and one of the salesman from the previous day and between the two of us we could not move this thing more then a few feet. After multiple frustrating attempts I finally had enough and said we couldn't do it and wanted to return it and purchase the mid teir frame for the same price. The lead associate Jessie was extremely understanding and sympathetic to to our extremely frustrating situation, we had just essentially wasted $300 on a U-Haul for nothing and said she would talk to her boss about some sort of compensation, which I was very appreciative of.The next day Jessie calls me and says they are going to knock off $150 from the price of the frame and include free expedited delivery and set up with their "white glove service." This is an additional service they offer which is to have a crew come into your home and assemble the base and mattress for you in the room you want. I thanked her profusely and said everything was square.When the people came 2 days later and it was a clusterf#$&.The two men who showed up were extremely rude and hardly spoke a single word to us. They brought the mattress up to our bedroom, cut the bag open and dropped the mattress on the floor, and then.. left. They simply dropped off 4 large boxes on my door step , cut open the packaging of the mattress itself in our room, and left without a word. When we tried to ask them about the actual assembly they just rolled their eyes and pretended not to hear/understand us (they were Hispanic) and walked away without even taking the other boxes inside. Needless to say we were not happy in the slightest.So I assembled the frame myself (which included having to move the mattress they laid out since it was in the way of the frame, undoing the only sloppy work they actually did) and then called the store to talk to the manager Vince.I informed Vince if what happened and he was apologetic and said they absolutely should have assembled everything for us and then taken the boxes when they left. He said he would call their manager support line to see what he could do for us and then call me back.That was over a week ago, haven't heard a thing.Overall, it was a pretty lackluster experience that soured the $7000 we spent.

Love the simplicity of the showroom and being able to test the different mattresses before purchasing. Jesse is super friendly and helpful, asking questions about my sleep habits to find the best mattress for me.

We got to try out all of the options, were not rushed, and all of the product differences were throughly explained so that we could make an informed decision. Sales reps don't make commission here and arent focused on the next sale. Looking forward to trying out our new mattress, and peace of mind knowing there's a 100-day trial period. Highly recommend!

Just purchased the new RestorePremier mattress from Vince and it couldn’t have been easier. It was an absolutely stress-free experience, where Vince listened to our needs, gave us options and our bodies told us which mattress was the best (also bought a new Harmony pillow ❤️)! Count me in as a Purple customer for life!
