I've been doing business with Chris and Prova for about a decade, if not longer. I do believe they do good work, and I've always known he charges top dollar(his shop rate is over $200 an hour), but I had no idea what was about to happen. He just charged me $820 to replace a set of trailing arms and 2 bushings. The most accesible ones. I know they were rusty, but wow! How much for the new guy? But that's not the worst of it. NOT including parts, and after all the parts and bolts had been replaced, he charged me $471 for an alignment. The average rate for an alignment on a Subaru AWD at Seattle dealership is $150. I'm sick to my stomach about being robbed. I wasn't shy about telling him how I felt, and he made excuses that I didn't buy. I believe in their quality, and went there, knowing I'd pay a little more. Little did I know... As I told him, they're awfully proud of their work. He asked me not to come back, as if I would, after such an egregious fleecing. Go here if you want to pay 3-4 times market rate.

Thorough, quick, excellent shop. I don’t trust anyone else with my classic European suspension and alignments. When I learned they’re a full service shop that also covers my daily driver Audi, I was so relieved. Their team is meticulous, transparent with all their estimates and costs, and carefully documents all recommendations. If there is additional work recommended, they can provide photos and explanations of why that work needs to be done and realistic priorities of how urgent the work is. It’s one of the more efficient and honest shops so that you can be assured the work being done is actually required and will keep your vehicle in good shape.As an added bonus, the shop is very women-friendly. I’ve never been talked down to, pressured into work, treated as “difficult”, or offered anything less than the respect that a high-level shop should offer all their customers.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Prova is to other Seattle mechanics what the Mercedes team is to other Formula 1 teams. Just got my first and most desired dream car, an 05' BMW Z4. I've taken it to multiple mechanics for various things. All great experiences and still use many of them for convenience. But! Any medium to big replacement, aftermarket, or special setting absolutely is solicited to Prova. I would cross the country to have Chris align my precious. Prova's prices are like any other mechanics, but what you get gives you whole new outlook. If you are looking for safety and sport, get in this lane.

I'm out of state but was looking into purchasing a Ferrari based in Bellevue. I worked with Chris and Prova to get a third party PPI for the car.Chris and his team were able to get me into an inspection the next day and were incredible to work with and went super deep on the inspection. Google is asking me for my thoughts on Prova Motorsports. There was a time before Google reviews when people knew where the good repair shops were. That still exists today. Prova Motorsports is one of those shops. Prova doesn't need a Google review, but here is mine. Five stars
