Great customer service!I ordered 10 pairs of medium pink socks for my daughters soccer team to wear during breast cancer awareness month. The socks arrived timely, however I did not review my order until a few weeks after the fact, and after having handed out all of the socks to the girls on the team.After the fact I realized I had received all size "small" socks instead. I had accidentally deleted my email confirmation from the company about my order so I was trying to figure out how to remedy this issue - or if they would even help me out.I emailed the company about the issue, providing my email address that I placed my order with, the FedEx tracking number, my date of purchase and so on, explaining that I received the wrong size socks from what I ordered.The very next day, they found my order, realized their error, and sent out 10 new pairs of socks that were medium size - telling me we did not have to return the small socks that were originally delivered in error and that we could keep them or donate them instead.They didn't hassle over it, they just fixed the issue, no questions asked. It was really painless. I would definitely do business with this company again.

We ordered basketball uniforms from Protime Sports, they are amazing!! Andrew has worked with us on creating the design we wanted. Once we had what we wanted they got them to us faster than estimated. We will for sure be using them in the future! Andrew and Josh have been so great to work with!

We needed to pick up a last minute soccer uniform and Daniella was amazing! She was helpful both on the phone and in person. As it's the fall sports season I could tell that they were slammed, but she still took the time to help us get the items we needed so our son wasn't playing soccer without a uniform! Thanks so much.

I would not believe any of the reviews about getting last minute orders. I contacted the company about a messed up jersey and was told it would take 3-4 weeks to recieve a new jersey, and that they have no expedite process for such orders. Sports clubs who are placing their teams uniforms in the hands of Protime Sports should do so with caution.

It's been almost a year and my order has still not arrived. Called dozens of times. Customer service has no idea whats going on. Highly recommend placing orders for uniforms elsewhere.

Thank you to Amy!!! I had ordered a uniform for my son and we were not going to get it in time for his tournament, so I called and ask her if there was any way to get it in time. She came through and we will receive it the day before we leave for the tournament! Thanks so much for all your help!

I have been using Protime for about 3 years now. They do the soccer jerseys for both my daughters soccer teams. Every year they handle the scramble that comes with the beginning of the season with ease! Whether it is just a jersey or 2 or the full 12, they are professional and quick. Easy to contact and always very friendly. I LOVE them for our team's needs. They go above and beyond to make sure my teams are taken care of <3

Takes a long time to get your Oder. They also changed how my order was going to get to me. I paid for shipping and 4 days after I ordered they changed it to the league bringing it to me. Not a good business practice.

Our Little League ordered spring uniforms and hats. Philip was so helpful, stayed in constant contact, and extremely nice. The product was very high quality. We were so impressed, we ordered our all star uniforms from them as well. Philip made us look like Pros. I was especially impressed with how fast we recieved our shipment. By far the most consumer friendly, quality products, and quick fulfillment we have ever had!
