The pro shop at Lumen Field has a great selection of unique items, and I was excited to shop there. However, the customer service was disappointing. When I urgently needed to use the restroom, the staff directed me a couple of blocks away to a hotel, with a dismissive comment that made me feel like an inconvenience.
"We don't have one but the hotel down that way might...if they even let you into the lobby."
What a poor way to treat a paying customer.
In contrast, the hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. I hope the pro shop considers improving customer service and provides a restroom for their customers in the future.

You will get everything you need as a fan of the Seahawks (or Sounders) in that store and even more things you probably didn’t know that are available ?
The variance of jerseys in stock is breathtaking, you will have to choose between all the colors (navy, action green, white and throwback) and the different qualities as well - and that costs some knowledge and patience.
But definitely the place to go for merchandise of the best Football team in the NFL…?

Showed up to the pro shop during business hours, but was locked out of the street entrance because and I was told to use the venue entrance, but I was not a ticket holder, and told too bad, I was out of luck. The kicker was that, as I walked past the ticket holders lined up to get in, the venue wasn't even admitting them in yet either. Very disappointing.

stop here on the way in to get your limited edition Game Day pin, made just for that game. This spot is better stocked, smarter/faster than any of the others in the stadium AND offers a 10% military discount. Imani, behind the counter, is fantastic!

Stocked to the brim and with glass windows facing into the stadium the pro shop was fun to peruse. Lots of Seahawks merch of all sizes and styles.
