Too little, way too late. After calling, holding, waiting, and foolishly trusting responses, the only level USBank cares about is when it affects their PUBLIC ratings? I had to fix their screw-ups myself and the financial confusions caused major issues and money on applications already in process. I will NOT be calling you with my "reference number;" you've missed that train and I have no doubt many other passengers join me deboarding at the nearest depot.

I give them a one because I need to check something. The Branch Manager and a specific teller have completely forgot that customer service is is part of their job. To take a pensioner out of a hospice bed to verify existence for their paperwork. To add to an account that had to be opened due to them closing an account without providing a reason but allowing us to open a new one. The hoops they made a 87 year old go through is out of the realm of reality. The complete and total disregard for elderly and the retirees from their own organization is shameful. Please US Bank, replace them to give your customers the needed help from new, dedicated employees who know what customer service and attendance means.

I've banked with USbank for years, and I have no idea why. They talked me into a high fee account promising that they would wave fees. Just realized they've been charging me fees for the last year after waving them for 9 years. Such a low integrity organization.

US Bank has the worst customer service.. They now charge for cashiers checks. They have use of all my cash to loan to others, yet they charge me for a simple piece of paper. Never get a home loan thru US Bank. They change loan officers so often, they can't follow thru. Never use this bank. I am closing all 10 of my accounts today.

Continually misled about aspects of their programs, and then blamed and charged excessive fees without even an apology or recognition of their incompetency. I'll be moving my personal and business account out of here this week. Absolutely disgraceful service, even to loyal clients in good standing. Do yourself a favour and move to many of the other banks in Seattle that treat their clients with respect and honesty.

Background: I have several LLCs that I run through US bank in addition to managing three businesses and many workers' payroll. Over the last several years, my experience with US Bank goes in waves from barely tolerant to incredibly frustrating. Trying to find anyone who is trained to do virtually anything short of messing things up is pretty much standard. You name it, they've done it: cancelling the wrong cards, setting up LLCs with misspelled names, depositing money into wrong accounts. Today, I went to the downtown branch to simply get a letter notarized. What should have taken two minutes has now turned into 30 minutes. I'll admit, it was hand written document that lacked official verbiage. That said, every single other time I've notarized docs, they just print out the lingo and we are done. Kate S., the teller, didn't like the handwritten nature of letter, then couldn't download the official language, then disappeared attempting to retrieve some manager that would explain why they couldn't help--really? Again, it's a simple document to notarize??? Writing this review as I wait and realize I am now officially at my breaking point. While Kate was attempting to get some strange permission for me to write out the official lingo on the document, universal banker Nolan G. just came to the rescue and helped me print out the document. Nolan wasn't certified to notarized and now there is another employee trying in vain to find Kate. We are now going on 40 mins now still no sight of Kate to notarize the document. I'll admit: I've been lazy, staying with US Bank despite their f#%k ups mostly because I don't want to have to re-do all of my bill pay addresses. But this incident has pushed me over the edge. I'm officially done, coming back to the one person who seems to know something (Darrin at 1st hill branch) and withdrawing all of my accounts. Update: I just left, went to UPS in Fairmont hotel (yes! They have one!) and goddess Hanna notarized doc in 90 seconds and now I'm done! Bottom line is this: do you want a company to manage your money savings etc if it is a dog and pony show to get a letter notarized?? And this is supposedly the main downtown branch where it should be a breeze! No sense if customer service to print out official language on their end--making even the simplest of tasks needlessly frustrating. Do. Not. Bank. At. US Bank.

Don't ask for a notary. They will make you wait in the lobby and forget about you. Poor customer service. I went here before and the notary I asked for signed my paperwork. This time around I waited for customer service. They forgot about me AND refused to notorize my document because I didn't have my passport! WTF. This place goes through personnel like Imelda Marcos goes through shoes! Never get the same person twice. Poor customer service, ever. Who brings their passport around everyday smh

I work in the CityCentre building and use US Bank for simple transactions: counter deposits/withdrawals and credit card payments. I have never had a bad experience as everyone and I mean EVERYONE that I have dealt with or even looked at in this branch has been SUPER nice.

If I could give them a negative star I would. DO NOT USE THE MORTGAGE TEAM. They are unprofessional unknowledgeable and cost their clients thousands of dollars. I worked on a transaction with them they did not return emails and calls in a timely manner. They delayed submitting VA documents which caused an extension. And ultimately caused the transaction to fall through.

I will be canceling my account with US Bank due to this branches HORRIBLE service. I made the mistake of opening my account at this location so even though I now live out of Seattle, this is my branch I have to deal with on any account disputes. Everytime I've had an issue that required them to follow up, I never get contacted. I always have to contact them and pull teeth. Even worse, the staff are completely patrionizing to me and other people (when I've been physically at the office and see them interacting with other customers). At one point on the phone I indicated that if nothing was going to be corrected by the end of business day (after haggling for over a week) I would cancel my account, the rep Megan responded with "OK sounds good!". Been with them for over four years and they honestly don't care. Clearly not a place you should go to if you want a bank that cares about you or has a focus on customer care.

This review reflects a stupid policy we ran into at this specific US Bank. We are not from Seattle and were staying downtown for a visit. My husband went to the US Bank ATM to get some cash out, using our bank of america card. He made the mistake of leaving the debit card in the machine and left. He came back when he realized what he had done and told the bankers what happened. The bank/bank teller, went to the atm, opened the machine and found the debit card. My husband full of relief asked for the card back. THEY SAID WE COULD NOT HAVE THE CARD BACK EVEN IF WE HAD PROPER ID TO PROVE THE CARD BELONGED TO US. I went there myself since my name was on the card, and they said because of the policy and because the card was not a us bank card that they could not return our card to us. I simply do not understand this, yes it was my husband's mistake of leaving the card, but we came back to get the card, they had it in there possession, we had our ids to prove the card was ours, and they still would not give us the card. I do not blame the bank tellers for following policy, however when I asked to have a print out of this written policy, they woman made remarks like.."well there was a bank of america down the street, I don't why you didn't just go there to the atm" while tried explaining that we were not from this area and did not realize there was a bank of america close by another bank teller came over and told me to just go to bank of america and get a new card. THEY DID NOT PRINT ME A COPY OF THE POLICY AFTER I ASKED TO SEE IT. BECAUSE OF THIS, we had to get a new card and will have to change card information on all our bills, not to mention the hotel reservation. I am not trying to tell anyone to not go to this bank, I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW IN HOPES OF GETTING IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE IN CHARGE OF US BANK POLICY THAT THEY MIGHT SEE THE FAULT IN THIS POLICY.

THE WORST BRANCH AND BANK EVER! They charged me and over draft fee for me being over drawn, which I transferred money THAT DAY and cleared it up. They gave me some bogus explanation as to the order of my charges. NOT the order that they have posted on my online statement, NOPE, but they choose to see it in another order that was NOT document and was in their favor. The manager saw what I was saying and still did his best to twist things around to make the fee seem warranted. Watch your back!

Convenient location for me to stop by during my work day while I'm out running errands. Never ran into a long line so far while going during my lunches, and the employees are courteous and helpful.
