Such a magical experience here, we came here after having a horrible time at another dress shop. They welcomed us so warmly and sweet and were prepared with gorgeous dresses and asking what we would like. Beautiful, large selection and variety was extremely impressive. Kitty and Isabella were an absolute delight! We bought everything we saw and will be back! Highly recommend this beautiful spot for honestly dresses of any occasion.

First yelp review!!!! I had the BEST time wedding dress shopping at Pretty Parlor!!!! Inga helped me and was incredibly considerate in giving me space to make my own selections while also providing suggestions. She was able to give me excellent professional insight into fabrics, tailoring considerations, styling, and made sure I felt generally comfortable. The variety of dresses was excellent, all at *incredibly* reasonable prices! I walked away with a gorgeous vintage dress and veil, I got to have my magical "the dress" moment, and the bountiful selection of accessories was a highlight. It was my one and only stop, and I am extremely satisfied. PLUS- the space is SO, SO cool!!! You feel like a princess, not to mention how wonderful Mittens the cat and Frankie the dog were (Frankie also always knew when it was a good dress and would pop in). Inga, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! I did not catch the other staff member's name, but they were equally wonderful and would come and hype me up- which goes a long way during a special event like this!

A hidden gem in Capital Hill in Seattle! I was able to find my second dress for the wedding in a very reasonable price. Inga was very helpful to give suggestions and show me what options I have. Will visit again for something vintage other than wedding dresses ?

I was obsessed the second i walked in. The COLORS!! The selection is bright and beautiful! Inga made our freakin day. She was so kind, friendly and helpful and when she found out my friend was getting married she jumped in to help pick out dresses and things to style with. She completely transformed our experience from a fun one to a magical one. We were shocked by how reasonably priced the bridal section was too! Thank you Inga!!

We love the Pretty Parlor!!! If I have a special occasion I go here first, where I know there will be a fun selection and someone to help suggest things I might not otherwise think to try on. Their service is superb. I have also found fun items for every day wear- shoes, sweaters, and frocks or coveralls to play in. Don’t deprive yourself any longer, go to the Pretty Parlor!

I absolutely adore this shop. Perfect curation, incredible selection, helpful and kind staff. They offer a wonderful mix of true vintage and quality modern pieces. I'm particularly fond of their jewelry selection, including their Erstwilder collection.

The BEST. I have been shopping here for years and always find something just right. Their sizing goes from XS-3X and they have such a variety of options that I can always find something that works on me. Great staff who are super helpful without being pushy and can always find the perfect accessory or shoe to go with anything. I had a fancy wedding to attend and a dress I ordered from elsewhere didn’t come in time and these folks came through. I won’t bother with any place else again! Pretty Parlor and the staff are an absolute treasure!!!

Unique, eclectic + classy store.The clothes + accessories are fun with a touch of elegance. A beautifully appointed bridal area inside the store has it's own separate entrance.

If I could give this place more stars, I would!! I was desperately looking for a dress for an upcoming wedding, and the gals were so kind, generous, and helpful. This is my favorite dress shop I've ever been to! Can't wait to go back and see what they have for the holidays.

The shopping experience was lovely, but once I paid it was pulling teeth to pick up my purchases. They didn’t answer my calls or voicemails, and we had to schedule multiple appointments that they didn’t open the store for to try and get in to pick up my order. I eventually had to get someone else who worked in the area involved to speak to the building manager to get them to speak with me. After literally two months, I finally got my order.To top it all off, the shoes I bought had the soles fall off after an hour of wear. I am so deeply disappointed. The salesperson really knows how to put the shine on the you know what. Cannot discourage you strongly enough from going here. Cheap products that I found later on AliExpress with a HUGE markup in store, unprofessional service, and just the biggest headache. Do yourself a favor and try shein for higher quality goods.

Isabelle was so lovely! She really helped me pull looks that fit with my wedding theme! The space was so beautiful and very vintage. Loved the selection and quality of dresses. Plus dress sizing was varied, and had something for everyone. Definitely come visit!
