I have a large staining project with a substantial amount of trim and beams. My architect recommended this store. Marco was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. I learned more in 10 min talking with him than hours of internet research. I really appreciated his expertise.

Rude, poor customer service!! This guy that has worked here for 16 years, really wants to tell you about it. Its almost like he's worked here so long he flat-out, doesn't want your business. Before I could even finish my sentence, both on the phone and in person, he cut me off - and refused to listen to my problem. Then had no solution to solve it. I just needed some pink paint. The color was out of their "gamut" but I honestly would have taken anything close, and I needed a lot of it for a big retail store. Not from this sorry company though. I'd recommend to take your business elsewhere.

My employee called here and the guy was soo rude to her. You worked there 16 years and you are a horrible person sir. No more PPG for us. Sorry there are non arrogant people to buy paint from. What a horrible person.

They didn't have the product that I needed nor the information, the guy that helped me couldn't answer a question about a product they sell there, he handed me a guide with 1800 number to call for CS.They could have a better training for their employees for a better customer service.

The builder from my home didnt give me any paint samples for all the paint used and they gave me just the brand of paint. I called PPG and Mike was able to tell me exactly the type of paint, color, and sheen used on my house! He even gave me a bunch of awesome tips for how to touch up my walls. Give Mike raise! He is awesome!!! They have earned my business and I cant wait to come in to buy my touch up paint!!!
