The local mailbox shipping store!
They cover all of your shipping needs and help you get the best value for what you're trying to ship.
Much like all of the businesses located in Capital Hill, this place has only street parking available. And it's popular before the end of the day, so plan accordingly.
The location has boxes and packaging in-house for purchase as well as office supplies and candy!
Staff is friendly, and I love the homely vibe of this spot. There were birds churping and people stopping by, whether it's the regular or the newby like me.
Kind and knowledgeable service.
Midas 5-stars for a personal mailbox experience.

Absolutely stellar customer service and speedy shipping!!!! Every single question I’ve had or box I’ve needed, this is the place I go. So kind and so helpful! The post office is so slow but this place is so quick and easy.
Plus the birds inside are so cute :)

I started using Postal Plus as my place for package delivery due to the fact my building has no way to receive packages. Edward was super sweet from day 1 as a customer, and has gone above and beyond many times for me. I am blown away that this is essentially a one-person operation, yet everything is completely efficient. Even if there’s a small line, no one complains because they know the owner is so nice. There’s a bunch of plants inside and a cage of cute parakeets that overlook the flowers outside - it truly feels like a small town business from another era. Also - it’s very affordable!

You need only visit Seattle area USPS post offices, with their long lines and surly employees, to know that Postal Plus provides ten times better customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Love him

Ed is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet in Seattle. He is always so pleasant to talk to and more than helpful. His shop smells wonderful and is very comfortable and clean. He knows everything when it comes to shipping and receiving worldwide! His prices are unbeatable and has all the supplies you need for shipping.Seattle is lucky to have this Postal Plus because places like this are rare to come by this day and age. I give 5 Plus+++ on this Postal place!!

Ed, the owner/operator, is kind, smart, efficient, and generous, and understands that he is providing excellent service while creating community. You can feel it as soon as you walk in the door! Trained as a diplomat, Ed provides the most pleasant customer experience and goes above & beyond to assist with any packing/shipping needs you have. I have been going to Postal Plus for 8 years—first when it was on East Republican, and followed Ed when he moved to East Denny. Ed is my go-to for shipping and notary needs. I recommend him to friends from around the area who now drive out if they’re way to see Ed rather than go anywhere else! He sells packing supplies, birthday cards, candy, postage stamps and has all the US Mail supplies too. Even at holiday time when things can get busy and folks can get cranky, because of Ed’s example customers help each other with packages and present Ed with thank you gifts! Ed and Postal Plus are one of a kind and should win an Unsung Hero award! A treasure on Capitol Hill!
