I needed a notary but could find none. I was so relieved to end up here and receive very professional service.

It’s convenient that they do notary, kind of sad had to pay ten dollars. Lady barely said two words to me. Still got it done glad for that.

Great people here. I had to mail my passport renewal application via USPS and they handled it great here. They were able to expedite it as well. The only issue with this location is parking. It is in Cap Hill and parking is hard to find but once I did all good.

Totally together and totally kind. !!! They make mailing services actually enjoyable (who knew this was even possible?). In my, and maybe your, increasingly mobile world, having a resource like Post Options is a God send.

Fast friendly service. Computers that work great for printing. Family owned and operated. I’ve gone back twice already.

Not a great system for a mail box since usps does not forward mail if this is your prior address. Also I paid through august 11th but was given notice my box expired on august first. I showed them the receipt of payment through august 11 but clearly they don’t have a good system for tracking this. They claimed I received no mail when I went to shut down service but that seems off. Was not a good experience.

The absolute best. The owners are so kind! Excellent service. I've had a po box here for 5 years and I'll keep it as long as they are open.

They're the best here! Def recommend for shipping and mailbox services. Why risk someone jacking your package off a porch...

I needed a passport photo taken and the staff were very nice. the customer service was great. They allowed me to retake the pictures a few times until I had one that was satisfied with. the photo is high quality and something i will like holding onto for my passport for the next decade. i've dealt with a lot of bad customer service in other package-type stores around seattle, but this one was a breath of fresh air. i'll for sure come back whenever i need packaging/mail done

Fine place to drop off packages but they charge $2 extra for a book of stamps. I would recommend going to Postal Plus just down the street if you're looking for stamps, they sell them at face value and have a lot more options.

Always friendly when I drop off packages. They have to be the nicest people I have met in the neighborhood maybe even Seattle. They are quiet and that is not a bad thing.I think some customers don’t fully understand what it takes to run and operate a small business. I believe the workers who are there everyday are the owners. They seem to enjoy what they are doing. Who enjoys working within the USPS mailing system here in Seattle? I haven’t encountered anyone who is or who is as professional as they are.The other great quality that is offered - convenience. If I have shipments being sent through FedEx or USPS I can run them here. They don’t scan. When I need a receipt, I go to the post office. They don’t offer ups drop off because UPS is three blocks away. They offer a variety of office and mailing supplies. Yes it might be a little more expensive, but remember, it’s all about convenience. If I want cheap tape I order it online or plan ahead. They also offer all different sizes of mailboxes for your personal or business mail and packages. With porch pirates and all the thieves taking packages from people, it’s a good idea to have someone who signs and keeps your deliveries safe.
