“Usually don't write reviews -- but I needed to for Mel! I did not receive much help from the other woman working at the postal office & was quickly dismissed when trying to find a box that would fit what I needed shipped out. Mel practically created a box for me with tape, a box cutter, & any available supplies she had on her. It was the best customer service experience I had -- if Mel was not there, I would have had a very different experience. THANK YOU MEL!”

“This is one of the best post offices I have ever been to, 100% because the one postal worker here (super friendly man with a white beard) is incredibly helpful. I came here to post invites and he helped me optimize the postage and explain the process of non-machinable letters. I walked extra to come to this location (although I had also a good experience at the Lower Queen Anne location too).”

“It's a small place and lines can form outside the building during peak times. But, it's very convenient for folks that live in Magnolia. There are many times when it's an easy in and an out. Most important the staff are cheerful and always very helpful. Btw, they are also open on Saturdays!”

“Miele? Mele? I’m not positive on the spelling of the postal clerk that holds it down at the Pioneer Square USPS location, but she’s solid GOLD! That location can be sketchy at times to navigate, but I go here because I love interacting with her! She’s SO friendly, upbeat, personable, helpful and inviting. She brings a little bit of home into her space and makes her customers feel like family. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! Such a smart hire!* Note: This is a small location with one person working. They close for lunch break from 2-3:15”

“I use this post office quite often and the service is friendly and reliable. It does get quite busy during peak hours, but that’s to be expected. During off hours times, you can be in and out super quickly. The staff is great.”

“A gentleman from this branch helped me with a money order. It was my first time, and the concept of money orders was very new to me. He explained how it works, and we tried my international card, but it didn't work. The officer explained that I needed to use a US card or cash. Later that day, I brought cash, and successfully requested the money order.”
“Recently I had the unfortunate experience of having a 1500$ delivery go missing while I was on vacation. This was the First time something like this happened to me, so I was extremely frustrated and worried.
Luckily I was able to get help from Linh at Ballard Annex. She was able to track down my package for me while I was out of town and even offered to hold the package until I got back home to pick it up.
Super big thanks to Linh and the folks that work there for the amazing customer experience.”
