The counter person (Old dark haired woman ) is incompetent and very rude. Can't use a tape measure and takes pleasure in not helping. Sorry you did not plan on retirement and have to work. Really makes it apparent she doesn't care about the customer. I will never use any services there again.

Been going here regularly for about 15 years. Really never had a problem like others are talking about. I do think their business technology and way of doing things is very...uhhh, 1995. But it's a convenient place to drop off packages and ship things. And I've had a box here for several years, at an extremely reasonable price, which is nice, since it prevents mail theft when purchasing pricey items online.

Excellent service today from Julie on a complicated shipping project! I've been a customer for many years and will continue to be one.

frazzled and discombobulated rude counter help. Walked in about 4:30 pm. There was 1 woman at the counter who seemed very frazzled- She is an older white woman with blondish hair. All of the customers were totally chill and waiting patiently, but she kept responding as though people were giving her a hassle about taking too much time (i didn't particularly think she was taking to much time...it takes as long as it takes). Another employee from the back room called out to her and asked her if she needed help but she was too frazzled to make use of her. When it was my turn I needed to mail a ups package for which i had a pdf for the label. She told me it would be $1 to print and I was fine with that even though in the past they have not charged me to print pre-paid labels for which they are an authorized dealer. While i was waiting for it to arrive in their email she helped another customer who was there to pick up his mail. She told him that the previous employee was doing it wrong and that he was actually supposed to charge $2 for each pick up but that she wouldn't charge him this time. The customer was like, "that's fine and put $2 on the counter. Then she said she'd only charge him $1 this time. Then she mentioned something about how it was supposed to be $5 but she was babbling about how she was still in training. The customer said that was fine and put down $5. I piped up that she had told him it would be free this time, and then said $1 and why was she now asking for $2? I spoke up and stated that she had quoted him 4 different prices in under a minute and if she offered for it to be free, then she should not be taking money from him. She was very rude to me and asked me what my problem was. I said I thought they should have a standard price, it should be advertised/posted and that she should not be charging him when she started out offering it for free this time.I spoke up, even though it wasn't my transaction, b/c the customer in the scenario was a young African American man and she was an older white woman, and Black people in America still can't speak out about objections to the way they are being treated without the fear that it will be taken poorly or even deadly. Now the customer could have been totally chill and really not cared if it was "free this time, $2, no $1, wait maybe $5, ok, $2" or he may have just decided it wasn't worth a possible confrontation. In any case, *I* was offended by her behavior and rudeness towards me, and said maybe i will take my business elsewhere and she said good. Nice.

An employee didn't hesitate to make obvious their personal political biases and comment on the leader of my home country. They repeatedly complained that the current administration was letting people in through the borders before asking if my TN visa was a new thing (NAFTA has been a thing since '94). I received comments that I was a Chinese spy. The reason I came? To verify my I-9 in-person as I had been remote-hired during COVID. Go get your services done elsewhere. The more qualified person that was meant to do this quit recently. I can't imagine why.

I dropped off a return for UPS. Was a smooth process, courteous clerk helped me and printed a form confirming that I dropped off packages. Easy parking. I also bought some postcards while in there 3/1.00! Great deal. I'll be back!

The folks at Pony Express, especially Rowan, worked with me and my super sad baby to get his passport photos taken. Quick thinking, thinking outside the box, patience and amazing customer service from this crew. We returned to get our other child's photos here and will come here for all of our future needs. Thanks, guys!

Be honest from the review, just worry about going this place. However overall experience is positive, the guy work there give great instruction. And it is very easy for any drop off, if you packaged with label taped then is free. Be remember bring cash over, if you expect spend less than $5.

Accidentally forgot a mailing label on my package and they called me, helped me resolve the situation.

They received a package for my box and photographed it like usual so I could see it arrived. But when I arrived to pick it up they could not find it. Two weeks later, they still have not found it or offered to reimburse me. They won’t return my calls about it. I don’t know whether to file a police report for theft or sue them or both. I have used three mail services in the past for many years and they never lost my mail. I have only had a box at Pony Express for a few months and they lost a package and have trouble finding all my mail whenever I go to retrieve it. If you need a mail service and actually want to receive all your mail, do not hire these people to do the job.

The only thing going for them is the location. It's an anachronistic shop that has not updated its ways of being of service, yet without offering the friendliness and personal attention one could expect in the ancient past. Call them and the outgoing message does not give their business hours or days closed, or Holiday hours. Google shows them to be open on 12/28/2021 until 5 PM. We went by at 4:30 PM on Wed, Dec 28th, 2021 and they were shuttered. No info was posted on their door. We've been coordinate as well as we can to avoid them. Today justified that yet again. Bummer.

Been a customer since moving back to Seattle mid-2019 and get all our mail and packages here. Cheerful staff who work as long as it takes to satisfy a customer ... something I imagine is stressful when there are others lined up waiting for service. Parking for 3 cars in front (lots of parking in the back but that door was closed during COVID restrictions). I like getting emailed receipts when I ship something to the Grands, who sometimes forget (!) to acknowledge they actually rec'd something.
