Although we did not buy a car from them, the way we were treated and the way we could go back and forth to find a common agreement was very nice, they have a large inventory of nice cars, worth checking out for sure

Clown fiesta experience. Called a few days before to schedule a date to look at the car and then boarded my flight. When I arrived the passenger tire was completely flat. They pumped it up and we took a test drive. When we got back they took the car to have the tire inspected. Which gave me no time to further inspect the car. Long story short nothing was done to the tire and once I got home I found out the rim was corroded. The key remote also wasn't working in which they said they didn't have a battery, the electronic switch's on the circuit board are completely broken. Some other issues with the car, but I'll leave those out as they weren't brought up at the dealership. Lastly for the grand finale, they didn't have the previous owner fill out the title properly. This was a 2 month ordeal with dealership and DMV wasting a lot of my time and ending up with a title I really don't want (exempt odometer title). All and all, I was the only customer at the dealership and I felt like I wasn't worth their time. The good - the sister company's title department did get my title transferred, but not completely. I feel that the cost was appropriate given the current market.

Buyer beware. This dealership sold me a car with a malfunctioning engine. Coolant was leaking into the engine. There was a breach in the head gasket. During the few minutes I test drove the car, it drove well. The car met my other needs of being an all wheel drive SUV, so I bought it, having no way to know of the extensive engine problems. The day after I took it home an alarm came on saying the coolant was low. That was two months ago, and the car has been in the shop off and on ever since. I recently (about a week and a half ago) called the owner and left a voicemail asking that we discuss alternatives to resolve the situation, as the current repair strategy has not produced a functioning vehicle. No one has returned my call to discuss alternatives, involving either more extensive engine repairs, replacing the vehicle, or cancelling the loan. The vehicles PNW has provided while the car has been in the shop were not SUV's, nor were they all wheel drive. Now winter is coming and I don't have a car that I feel safe driving. The repair shop has said again that the car is ready to be picked up on Friday. Up to this point, every time I've picked up the car, it is back in the shop within 1-2 days, because it is still losing coolant, and once it wouldn't start. The head gasket has been replaced. The battery has been replaced. The egr valves have been replaced and one glowplug (it has a diesel engine) has been replaced. The other 3 glowplugs have not been replaced, and nothing has been done to mitigate damage to the inside of the engine that must have occurred while coolant has been leaking into the engine.I had seen lots of good reviews for this dealership, so I decided to check it out. I needed to get a new car quickly, because car insurance only paid for a rental for a few days, after my previous car was determined to be totaled, after I was rear ended on the highway and pushed into the car in front of me. Despite the positive reviews for PNW Luxury Cars, my experience has been very traumatic. I experienced the sale to be very high pressure, insisting that I sign papers even though I said I needed to leave to take my daughter to her practice. (I did end up leaving before I signed all the paperwork and completed it later, but there was extensive pressure through continuous requests to stay and finish the paperwork. This was on our first visit, and I hadn't necessarily been planning to make a final decision that day.) It really irks me that the salesperson was going on and on about what a "clean" car it was, because it was from California, and all the cars that come from California are in such great shape. Nope, it has an engine that has coolant leaking into it that is damaging the inside of the engine and could result in an engine fire.

UPDATE: We finally got resolution to our problems with the help of the general manager James who went above and beyond to help us. Apparently there had been some staffing issues and he is working hard to get things back on track. Appreciate his help!Nothing but problems. We bought our daughter her first car here almost a year ago. We were told it had been through all the safety tests, but realized when we got it home, there were several issues. The dealership did take the car back and make all the repairs, however we have asked for a copy of the Service Agreement we paid extra for, and nobody will give us a copy so we can see what we paid a lot of money for. All we want is paperwork we should have been given when we bought the car. I am not at all happy with our experience with this dealership.

My wife and I purchased a 2016 Porsche Cayenne from PNW remotely while we were still in Texas before relocated back to the Pacific NW. We needed a vehicle for my wife to drive for a week before I arrived with her car. The buying experience with our salesperson was pretty good until I purchased the vehicle, then the responsiveness from my salesperson dropped off dramatically. In the end I was able to get the delivery arranged and have it delivered a couple days before my wife arrived. Unfortunately, when she received the car, it had not been detailed before being shipped which was the opposite of what I was told. It was very dirty in the interior which took me several hours to clean. Then at first drive it was very apparent there was an issue with the drive train. The vehicle would pulse and slip and make knocking noises when accelerating. I was assured by my salesperson prior to the vehicle shipping that it was good to go with no issues. Another side note, my paperwork was messed up and had to be redone before I could license the vehicle. I contacted the dealer immediately to voice my concerns and unhappiness to my salesperson. He said he would have to defer to his manager to call me back. From this point on is where the experience became a positive one! I received a call back from the Zach the sales manager within an hour of my phone call assuring me he would take care of the vehicle repair and apologizing for the inconveniences up to that point. Zach was very pleasant to deal with and stood behind his business reputation. I also want to give a shout out to Olivia doing such a great job sorting out the paperwork issues and helping me with the titling problems directly with the DMV. I would definitely buy a vehicle from PNW again having the confidence that no matter what issues arise that they will be resolved quickly! Thank you, Zach!

Asif was great to work with & was quick with our paperwork. Overall a very good experience. My mom got a BMW X5 and she was able to get a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. Highly recommend everyone to work with Asif & James. These guys are cool, legit and fast. Will come here again for my next car.

Bought a car from here last November, Devin sold us the vehicle. Had a few issues early in & had a hard time connecting with him or anyone at the dealership for that matter. Been waiting on parts for our trunk since November, was told the parts were on back order & someone would contact us in about 5 weeks. 6-8 weeks goes by & we reach back out only to be told they never placed the order. They said another 5 weeks, we gave 6 weeks this time before we reached back out this time, only to be told that whoever placed that second order, never did!! & now is no longer with the company. What?? My husband had to place yet another order & now we can't get ahold of anyone. Last week my husband called the dealership regarding the fob & asked for Devin, was told he was out & to call next day. Next day, he calls & the person who answered sounded a lot like Devin, my husband said "hey Devin, how's it goin" very long pause, the guy said "Devin doesn't work here anymore, this is James, Devin left a loooong time ago" as if Devin had been gone over a year, then he said "since July" my husband explained the fob situation & was told someone would reach out in about an hour. No one ever called, it's been so difficult with this dealership. We do not recommend, & plan to trade our vehicle elsewhere. Save your $ & time & skip past this place.

Customer service was great and the car was a good deal. I was disappointed with the hidden fee game for disinfecting, theft insurance and dock fees. I thought the idea of true car was you were seeing the actual price. Just be prepared, the car will cost $600 to $1000 more than you expected. Almost walked out but it was the still the best car we saw in its price range.
