My favorite vape shop in all of Seattle. It's a long drive for me but worth it for the flavors they offer. In WA a lot of the flavors are harsh and poorly made IMO and Planet Vape had good flavors that don't hurt your throat at a great price.

The older man helped me, with a new vape ,new juice that I love …. He also hooked up my vape for me and loaded in the juice for me to make sure I liked it. I really felt like he cared about my vape needs lol he asked me what I liked and didn’t like until we found the right one. He knows his stuff and will take the time out to help you. I finally found my vape shop in west Seattle . Love them I will for ever be a LOYAL Customer! Thank you Planet Vapes !

Customer service is a 5, but had to drop a star for the limited selection. Keep in mind, it's fairly new so selection is sparse.

Very helpful with setting me up with a vape that I felt comfortable with and loved. He even asked if I needed help setting it up and if I needed batteries for my piece. I wasted money getting a cheap vape at another store and wish I came here first.

They the most friendly people ever! I think it’s son and Dad. And both friendly and helpful. I have been to several shops in Seattle and now will only go to this one. If they are closed, I wait till open.
