I can not say enough good things about my experience with Pius Kitchen and Bath. At our first meeting Tara brought my dream kitchen to life on paper, she was able to get product in on a time line that fit my project schedule. She was in constant communication and made sure that everything would go smoothly in terms of delivery and installation. There were no surprises. Joey and Jonathan and the delivery crew did an amazing job putting 90’ pantry’s into an area with 91.5” ceiling heights. They were quick, proficient and thorough. The countertop crew were equally professional and quick. The finished space is such a transformation. I highly recommend Pius kitchen and bath - go talk to them and look at their product compared to what is out there- they are very reasonable and the service is spectacular.

I do NOT recommend this scam company who only brought cheaply made poor quality product from south east asia. If I can give them 5 negative star I would.
We ordered a set of cabinets that's supposed to be white cabinets, they delivered brown cabinets inside, and white doors. They claimed they only have brown cabinets and refused to fix the issue. They installed white doors on top of brown cabinets made the entire kitchen looks primitive and cheap. Do NOT COME HERE unless you have nowhere to go.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Louis for my granite and cabinet kitchen remodel, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the beginning, Louis was incredibly attentive, answering all my questions with patience and care. I never felt rushed during the process, which made the entire experience stress-free. His consistent follow-ups via email ensured that everything was on track, and I appreciated how he saw the project through from start to finish. The final product exceeded my expectations, and the quality of the work is truly impressive. On top of that, the pricing at Pius was very reasonable, especially compared to other options in Seattle. I highly recommend Louis and Pius for anyone considering a kitchen remodel!

I read the reviews before I went to this place about the service and the reviews are true. Horrible service, they sit on their computers and do not greet or acknowledge the customer. I need my kitchen to be remodeled and I needed someone to help me through the process and I am so disappointed. I am not some construction company that just goes in there and buys cabinets. I need good customer service and if the service at the store is horrible, can you imagine how the process of them installing the cabinets would be.

Getting a new sink and counter tops was the best experience with Louis at Pius. This company understands customer service and provides it. From the choosing of which slab I wanted for my counter tops to the installation, they just provided excellent support and product that has made my very old kitchen light up with new life. Thank you Louis and Pius.

lol We had a challenging experience with this company initially. However, after raising these concerns, the company provided compensation with apologized. They have shown willingness to address and resolve the issues. We appreciate their efforts to make things right, and hope that future customers will have a smoother experience.

I called PIUS KITCHEN & BATH and spoke to a salesman named Nick. Usually you get the ales job, we have this on sale and buy, buy, buy! But unfortunately for him, I had questions, lots of them and he answered every single one of them and THEN.... He set me up with exactly the right cabinets my business needed at a price that surprised me and everyone else in the office.
I can assure you that if we need ANYTHING for our kitchen or bath, especially cabinets, Nick and the folks at PIUS KITCHEN & Bath will be the first ones we call. Thank you for taking the time with me, thank you for answering all my questions and especially, thank you for selling us the right product, not the wrong one I THOUGHT I wanted.

If you need new kitchen cabinets, come to Pius and look for Salesman Spencer. He is very professional! I was lucky to know him and worked with him for my kitchen remodeling. He helped me to layout my dream kitchen and he took good care of my orders from A to Z. Some of the cabinets were defective or assemble in correctly, he made sure they are replaced. I will come back to see him again if I need to remodel my bathroom. I highly recommend Pius and his service to everyone.
