Loved this shop, came back a few times during my trip. . I think tourists mistake being reserved for poor customer service. The customer service here was great. The older man working the register had to deal with some of the rudest tourists I've seen. I don't know how they do it.I bought a basic sweatshirt with "seattle" across the chest. The price was competitive and fair for the item. I've washed it so many times since there and it is still like new so the quality is lovely.

The guy was incredibly rude when buying a magnetic for my mom. My daughter is three & very friendly so she waved saying hi. He didn't wave back & was like I said hi. Okay, she's three. He asked if I had cash when giving a CC he said .50 charge. I said that's fine he was si upset I didn't have cash. So glad I didn't buy anything else from here. Go somewhere else there's so many other places to get gifts for your loved ones.

Great selections of Seattle/Pike Place Market gift merchandises with reasonable prices. Christmas ornaments are madly cute. The store has their own exclusive fridge magnet collection. As a small business trying to fight off the pressure of inflation, rocket high rent while keeping the price down, the shop is doing an excellent job. Business owner is over 70 years old and works by himself most of the time, does not speak perfect English therefore a lot of time he comes across as rude but if you get to know him he's so sweet and kind. I love to take my friends from out of town to the shop every time they come visit. Everyone always buy so much cute stuffs and have a wonderful time.

Rude response from man behind counter after my wife kindly inquired about other possible reduced priced shirts similar to to the ones displayed in the front of the store. I thought to myself "Does this man want to sell merchandise or scare people away??!". Advise: Kindly & professionally reply and address questions from customers in a respectful manner. More than likely you might sell some products and make a profit.

I was shown the total amount of what I purchased, and agreed to the amount being charged. Unfortunately, when I looked through my charges later on the same day, I saw that the amount showing charged to my card was $49.59 for a $15 dollar shirt. They literally changed the total of my purchase! Additionally, they're rude and they don't have good quality merchandise. I highly recommend Seattle Shirt Company across the street from Pikes place. We found for souvenirs, sweaters, hoodies, shirts, mugs, and a huge variety of quality items that are not expensive as this place was. They have a HUGE SELECTION and their prices are good!

Gift Me UpTiny gift shop located in the doldrums of the Pike Place Market®. We just kind of stumbled in after our initial visit to Pike Place and decided to get our souvenir shopping done. The Good:*While tiny, the store does boast quite an impressive selection of Pike Place, Space Needle™ and Seattle themed tchotchkes, clothes and apparel. If you want it, they most likely got it. The Meh:*Owners seemed a little preoccupied with getting inventory done than helping us. However, it was right before closing time, and I have to admit I'm not exactly all rainbows and sunshine at the end of my work day. The Ugly:*Tourist friendly prices, if you catch my drift. But what else can one expect from this kind of establishment? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯TLDR: Great place to get your souvenir on and spend lots of your hard-earned cash.

Don’t need to stop by anywhere else for the gift, this will be the place. Best price for all the gifts and have a lots of choices. Right across the pike market place. Super friendly customer service and clean environment to shop at. Highly recommended this location

I had a very good experience in this Pike Place Gift store. Found the perfect dark red hoodie that I had been looking for. Price was reasonable compare to other shops. Sale lady was kind and helpful. Would suggest that they get long mirror so ppl can see how outfit looks on them. To Store.. Do you do online orders? I live out of town. I would like to buy the same hoodie that I bought there last week. Can you tell me how to order from you if I send check and details of what I had brought in a separate letter to you.? Thank you.
