Phenol55 has been so helpful in storing my wine. I have about 150 bottles with them and from the start they’ve answered every question completely, been available by email to discuss details and the pickup process when they got the wine from my home was incredibly easy. Highly recommend Raven and the whole P55 team.

You have your choice of wine storage solutions in Seattle, but Phenol55 is truly special. CEO Raven Morgan is very passionate about wine and has created a modern, chic, innovative brand for others that feel the same. At their events, you feel like you're a part of a small (weird) family (of weirdos...in a good way!). Most exciting: they offer a "glacial" service, at discounted prices, for those who want to age their bottles for several years. (I'm currently letting a bottle of Chave ripen in their facilities.) You can check in on your "cellar" anytime using their website. Highly recommended, especially for those who are just getting into wine collecting--you've got to protect those tasty assets!

Phenol55 is the best! I've been with them for about 8 years and I won't go anywhere else. The attention to detail, the creative array of services, and the customer service are all best-in-class. Nowhere else even comes close. Love them!

I might be a bit biased but this place rocks. Having all intake taken care of for me, my collection inventoried by the P55 staff, being able to see all my wines online via the P55 app, select what I want then have it couriered to me or pick it up in Georgetown. Fun events for members and the only storage service in Seattle providing this service.

Not only a beautiful cellar, Phenol55 is a phenomenal service run by an incredibly friendly team. The Phenol55 app makes it easy to track your collection and optimize your consumption. Seattle is fortunate to have this service.

Raven and her team are wonderful! Needed temporary storage of my wine collection while repairs were done to my house due to water damage. Raven responded quickly to my inquiry and she personally picked up my wine and took it to their location. A bonus is a complete bottle by bottle inventory; since most of the collection had been acquired and shelved randomly over the past 25 years I had only the vaguest idea what I had. When my repairs dragged on she was flexible about keeping my wine in storage and I look forward to their returning it all soon. Pricing is more than fair and economical for my fixed income. Service is outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them for short and long term storage.
