Terrible experience with dog grooming. Our dog just received a terrible haircut, that was not at all what we asked for. Definitely would not recommend the grooming services.

I had a pretty bad experience today in the grooming salon with the groomer Mordecai. I would not recommend choosing them to groom your animal. From the very start of my checkin process Mordecai was super condescending, short tempered and unwilling to listen to my requests for my dogs haircut. I've taken my dog here multiple times and have not had issues with the groomers temperament/ personality until today. My requests were simple and direct, I even had photos to show them and also used the length guide they provide to help explain what I was looking for. I got the complete opposite of what I requested. Instead of very short feet/legs and longer body I got long feet and legs and shorter body. The exact opposite of my request. I can't help but feel like this was done intentionally based off of Mordecai's demeanor at the check in. When I picked up my dog Mordecai was in the back and would not come out for questions- another groomer brought my dog out. $85 is a lot to spend for a janky haircut and a bad attitude from the service provider. There's random long scraggly hairs all over her that I've had to trim myself. Very disappointed overall and will probably be going somewhere else next time.

Came here to buy prescription dog food with a prescription from my vet like I have done 10x before. This time they insisted I go to banfield hospital so they could give me a card?!?! Basically the hospital is linked with the store and they want your data, the manager couldn't even explain why I needed to go to them. Take your business elsewhere, they are playing games. Just went back to the store a few hours later and they sold me the dog food. Super sweet policy, PetSmart, just depends on who's working. Corporate dog store, awful.(only went back because they are the only store that sells prescription dog food, will buy online next time)

Love this place my fur lady makes us go here whenever she gets a chance and they are very familiar with her here they make sure she gets her treat every time and just about everyone who works here knows her by name it's nice to still get a homely feeling from your local stores or shops in such a busy city area with so much going on around it all the time. You don't get that much because most stores are too busy trying to keep from being cleaned out by small and often occuring thefts and then they are always on lookout for another situation with some crazy person making a scene so it's nice when you can still get a little bit of the small town feel in the big old city

I buy fish. I buy random fish from here. The reason being is they usually have no idea what they actually have for sale with fish. So if you want mystery fish this is the place. My latest example is I got a golden nugget pleco that was sold as a bristle nose pleco for under 10 bucks. The one I got lists for 50 or more on eBay depending on size.

Petsmart Tukwila not a good place for grooming,especially with a groomer named JANNA!She cut my pup like she did not know what she was doing and even left a big cut on pup's neck,literally leaving huge scratched made my pup extremely unease and uncomfortable,obviously traumatized and in pain. Charged me for the full haircut $56.00 without finishing it.We agreed on the private area but on legs i have to cut it because obviously she left it undone,not part of what we agreed.Extremely unprofessional!I even gave her a tip.I will never comeback there again for a grooming services.

This review is about online ordering and PetSmart.PetSmart has the best selection of wild bird food at better than average prices. I've used same day delivery, and on my recent order, I picked it up at the store on Aurora. If I can ever plan ahead, they also offer shipping where I get 35% off my1st order. Maybe someday!For years, I have had monthly deliveries from an online pet food store. The problem was the unbelievable HEAVY boxes they sent out. I have chronic back problems and wouldn't wish that on anyone. These horrible heavy boxes are handled by other humans along the way to my house. Even if one person benefits from not carrying my 75-100# box...PetSmart is the best place to find a large selection of wild bird food at fair prices. Ordering online is a breeze. Also, they offer reward points (Treats), which can be redeemed for money off purchases. I also receive money back at Rakuten.All of the above looks like 5+ stars to me!

I buy all my frog, Pancake’s crickets ? here. Thanks Elizabeth! More lively and longer lasting than other places I’ve noticed. At least until they meet Pancake, he woofs them down.The associates are all nice and very helpful. Would even take my dog and cat here on occasion. They seemed to like it too.The groomers department are getting a shout out too. You all nail Basil’s style each time.Thanks!

Took my dog Buttons to the groomer at 5:00pm on July 30th. Noticed a pink line on the back of her butt the next morning. Wednesday it started bleeding and oozing so I called the groomer and they said take Buttons to Banfield vet also on 130th and Aurora. Petsmart said if the wond was caused by the grooming the vet services will be free of charge. When I took Buttons in to Banfield vet, the first thing they said is the fee is waived. Then the vet said your dog has an infected anal gland (mind you the wound is no where near her anal gland. Any way after the vet recanted and suggested it could be something else, I took Buttons to her regular vet and 205.00 got her antibiotics for the infected area which started out as a pink strip. I would avoid this Petsmart at all costs. They will NOT own up to nicking your dog with clippers. I am writing this review with and on behalf of Buttons owner Carolyn Waters.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Rio at this PetSmart grooming salon for having the patience and understanding handling my cat who is fractious. Rio remained kind and professional during each experience. I'd also like to thank the other cat groomer (I'm sorry I forgot your name!!) for being great as well! It took 4 tries over weeks to finally get my cat successfully groomed. Thank you thank you thank you!!

PetSmart in the Haller Lake neighborhood of Seattle was one of the two nearby pet stores we went for supplies when I was growing up. Since my childhood and the passing of the pets we had then, I have come to the store for dog supplies for my parents' and sister's dogs. One recent highlight was when my sister got a female Münsterländer and asked me to watch her for the day. She was still learning to use a leash and we walked the aisles as she decided what toy she wanted. She wanted a small fox, which I got for her to add to her toy collection. I still appreciate that pets are allowed in the store, fun to see them explore and pick what they want.
