I was in petco for 30 min and no one came to help me.i just stood around for a couple of mins.a young man was passing by and I asked him if he could help me but he kept walking and told me that he had to do something and will be back , I waited another 10 min and walked out of the store

Great Petco! Stocked well and always clean, especially animal cages. I’ve ran into one of the cashiers, Elizabeth, a few times and have been so happy with her service! Always kind and pleasant and even gave me a discount one time after discovering a bag of food was ripped.

Becca the groomer didn’t want to take one of my dogs in and I waited for over a month for this appointment. She asked a lot of questions and it seemed like she was looking for excuses to not take him. This feels unprofessional and bad for the business

Unfortunately, my experience with Ryan at Northgate Petco was less than satisfactory. Lack of product knowledge and a dismissive attitude made my visit disappointing. Hoping for better service in the future.

I love how they do the grooming of my dogs. They come really clean, and their claws look on point every time.

They usually have a good selection of dog food and supplies for my doggos. I was even able to get vaccinations for my little puppy at a great price. The fish and hamsters are even cool to look at. I don't mess with snakes *shivers*
