update. the gave me a $15 refund to at least match the advertised price. when I went in I was told by the assistant manager that he couldn't do anything more as neither the owner nor manager were available. they all seemed very unconcerned that i was still unhappy.

I'm updating my review since they have recently priced their services at $225 for a full service groom for large dogs. That is extremely over priced. I've since moved onto the locally owned business down the street which charges me $95 for the same exact service (and takes less time too).

Took my Shiba to get her nails trimmed with a bit of anxiety knowing she may not tolerate it very well. Being new to the area, we are very glad we brought her to get her services done here! Julia was very attentive and eager to give it a try knowing it may be a challenge. She was able to get all of her nails trimmed on the first try on her own, and was so sweet with her! She was able to place a soft muzzle on her fairly quickly and completed the task with ease. It's very clear she understands dogs really well and was very attentive to both the owners and the dogs anxieties. Not many places are willing to tend to reactive Shibas but Julia was the first person to give my pup a chance. She was amazing in every way and we are so thankful!

Update: I called the store manager as suggested below. Someone named Brandon said he was manager but didn't speak like one. I told Brandon that the customer service was pretty bad and shared what happened, he proceeds to say it's likely Julia and dismissed anything said on phone and in person. He didn't listen to us and just ranted about her being good at her job and we realized he's clearly not a real store manager with any customer service experience handling grooming dept complaints. Will not return. Overpriced. There are better mobile groomers with basic customer service skills anywhere else. --------- We loved the location of this store and were excited about until we booked our pet grooming. They told us it would be two hours so we grabbed dinner and came back in couple of hours and they called and texted multiple times to tell us to come. We figured out we were the last pup and the girl wanted to close up and go home. She kept saying it was our pups age and that they aren't a kennel. Our appt was 515 and we picked her up at 719 which they said by 730. Why tell us by 730 if they were going to harass us and lecture us? Nah I'll pass on this place. The female then tried to rebook us and we said no way. Desperate for money but horrible customer service and manners.

Awesome store and the staff/management are so nice and down to earth. I went specifically to try out their dog was station for my dogs first bath at one of these, it was very clean and accessible and worth the money which is a very good price imo. I ended up getting dog food and treats too, which were the most affordable prices for the quality I've seen around. Will definitely be coming back.

Update - per their comment, I called to discuss it with the owner, who by the way, had no idea this had happened and didn't know his social media team suggested I call to discuss it. Owner said he would call me back and never did. Zero resolution to the situation. Original post -I love supporting a neighborhood owned business and was so excited that we found a local place for all of dog treats and grooming needs. My dog was groomed here several times - we had great things to say about this location. However, last time we went, I hadn't heard from the groomers after my dog was there 3+ hours so I texted for an update. 45 minutes later they let me know that my dog was having a hard time and had been biting and scratching them so they couldn't groom him or even blow dry him. They asked to keep him for another hour to see if he would calm down enough for grooming. I decided against that as this sounded extremely out of character for my dog and felt they had him way too long to not have been able to groom him or even call to tell me this was going on. When I arrived ten minutes later to pickup my dog, they explained they couldn't allow my dog to stay any longer as he was taking over appointment time from other dogs (why did they ask to keep him any longer originally?) and all I could tell was done was his back was shaved but he was still wet and had longer hair everywhere else. They offered me a 30% discount to which I asked for the owners to call and discuss fair pricing because 70% of the service was not done. The manager took my info, said the owners would call and expressed her apologies but still to this day I haven't heard from management or the owners. I honestly think they were overbooked and tried to place blame on my dog but since I haven't heard from management I really don't know what they did with my dog for over 4 hours but I do know I would not trust them with my dog ever again and my dog has yet to bite or scratch anyone else to my knowledge.

This place was nice. We were intrigued by the pet costumes. They have nice seasonal pet clothes at the front of the store. I like that the small clothes are actually small and can fit James! They also had this mini bakery It had tons of different cookies. We chose a peanut butter cake thing. My dog loved it. It tasted pretty good.

Went to use their self dog wash service. Where the wash is located is set up like a gym bathroom. It is completely open. No privacy. If a customer were shopping there & you are washing your dog, you could reach out and touch that customer. I really don't want people to see my Shephard and myself completely totally wet & sweating. Just no privacy at all. I walked in & walked out.

Fantastic store with helpful and friendly staff. One even bought me a bag to carry my cat food cans in because I regularly clean out their stock of chicken pate. I'm here every other week to buy wet food for my 8 year old cat who is missing most of her teeth, as well as dry cat kibble for my 3 year old cat and the crows I've fed for around 6 years now. Thanks for everything!!

We shop here almost exclusively for our dog and cat. Like other reviews mention, the service is phenomenal every time! We even switched to a different, better litter on the recommendation of an employee. The last time I was in there was a small system hiccup and my online order didn’t process properly (to no fault of the store itself). The owner went above and beyond to make up for it, despite — as I mentioned — it not being his or his store’s fault. We were already loyal customers before that, but it really solidified our trust in and happiness with this location. Thank you to Bob and team for excellence in every area!

Love love love this place!!! I’ve been multiple times and every single time has been extremely pleasant. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. I also met the owner during my last visit (didn’t realize he was the owner until I was about to leave) and he was absolutely amazing.

I always get assistance when I need it. Today Sage took her time helping me find the right product for my kitty. She was knowledgable about the products and friendly. Kiki was also so nice, friendly while checking me out. It is always a delight to go to this store!

When I was getting my puppy I checked out all the different pet stores to get supplies for her and to figure out which one was a good fit. The employees here walked me through the store and talked me through food options, they were not pushy or judgemental about it, we talked about finding a sweet spot between my budget and the standard of care I wanted my dog to have. The first visit was incredible and it did a lot to make my decision but then I got the dog and I took her with me.Like, its a pet store, I wanted to be able to bring my dog and have her be part of her own grocery run, and thats a normal thing to want most pet shops understand that. When we got the food she had been eating she recognized the bag, but when we went and looked at the toys so we could pick out one together her eyes lit up as if she understood that we went there just to buy presents and treats for her and it was just such a sweet moment. It isnt even that I love Pet Supplies Plus (although I do), like my most ringing endorsement is that my dog loves Pet Supplies Plus. The employees always remember her name and make her feel special. We went there for baths a couple of times and she was really scared of the first bath but we got some treats after and the second time she didnt mind the bath so much.Pet Supplies Plus is a place where you buy nice things for your pet without breaking your bank, the employees are knowledgeable and helpful, they make you feel included and welcome and if you take your pet with you places then its a place that your pet will very much enjoy.

I was super sad when I saw the PetPros was leaving, I've been super happy with Pet Supplies Plus. I go regularly and the staff are always nice and welcoming. They also regularly send out coupons! I met the owner on my last visit in and he was so nice! Happy to support this store and highly recommend if you need some supplies.
