I LOVE going to see Chloé at Salon Seattle. Not only has she completely transformed my nails and skin, but she is also a delightful person to be around.
Additionally, if you're like me and you have a tendency to bite your nails or pick at your cuticles, I definitely recommend the Custom Soft Gel Manicure. It's the only solution that has ever worked for me!

I booked last week but I was not able to book with her, so I decided to give it a try.Unfortunately I got COVID and call to cancel or reschedule a few weeks far, to avoid exposing people, they charged for the whole service l explained what happened but they told me they were not able to do exceptions so I asked if they prefer for me to come and expose the team and customers and they told me that would not be the moral choice.Obviously I was not going to come and expose people but I found it really disrespectful that they didn't even care and went ahead and charged me for a situation that was clearly out of my control.Now in the comment they are saying I called 5 minutes before the appointment, I call multiple times during the day without and answer, even leave a couple messages, you are not even being honest

I am a health care worker which unfortunately means my schedule can change on the dime. In this situation, I had an emergency at work that caused me to be late to my appointment. I called, left a voicemail and texted that I would be late and got no response.I was charged the full amount for no service. I understand their late policy but the same policy also says to call or text and they will try to accommodate. That "try" was not even made. Seemed like a "I'm getting my money regardless." 2 stars since I knew what the policy was but -3 for the lack of human decency and greed.Update: A shame I got a speedy response on this review rather than the multiple previous attempts to contact this establishment. Again I'm sure service is great, I just didn't experience it. I would suggest an update on the late policy (ie. Delete the sentence that says to call/text X number).

Svetlana is meticulous in her work. My feet have never looked or felt better! This style of pedicure is superior to the soaking tub style and should be the industry standard. Yes, yes more expensive than your typical pedicure but it's a thousand percent worth it! You're sweet will thank you for this sweet indulgence.

Pediworx is my absolute favorite nail salon, and easily the best nail salon in Seattle. I have never experienced anything less than excellent service here, and confidently recommend it.
The salon is immaculately clean, and very comfortable. This is the type of place where you have total peace of mind about sanitation, and never ever have to worry about getting an infection.
The staff are true professionals, with impressive training and experience. They are so knowledgeable, friendly, and seem genuinely passionate about what they do.
I have gotten mani/pedis from both Mikalya and Peter, and both are very skilled, experts at any and all things related to nails, polish, and nail care in general, and check in with you every step of the way to ensure you are getting exactly what you want. I never feel awkward or rude requesting extra attention to a specific detail or a change of shape/color/etc- they are so great at encouraging and communicating with you to get exactly what you want, and they genuinely want you to walk out of the door with nails that you are thrilled with.
I usually prefer shellac, but am hesitant when going to a new salon for the first time, as so many other places use techniques that are quick but cause terrible long-term damage to your nail beds. Pediworx was the exact opposite, and Mikayla did an AMAZING job taking the time to gently prepare my nails for shellac with the ideal technique, causing zero damage to my nails, and actually protecting and strengthening them!
I honestly can’t imagine going back to having to sacrifice the health of my nails to wear shellac, and that alone makes pediworx worth every last dime.
They have a great selection of polish colors, both shellac and regular.
They exclusively do “dry” manicures and pedicures, which in my experience have consistently been so much better (and so much more precise and sanitary!) than any “wet” mani/pedi I’ve ever gotten. Both the process and the results are always perfect!
Importantly, they follow covid health guidelines seriously, and I feel comfortable and safe going to the salon without risking my health, or the health of my family and close contacts.

Unconventional soakless pedicure/manicure method that’s more clinical and hygienic. It’s more expensive and harder to get an appointment for but the service is wonderful especially for people who need special care. Their focus is less on the polish part of the service and more on nail trimming and callous work. Go here for excellent foot and hand care, not for a quick spa moment or fancy nails.

Just came through for a consultation. Met Peter who had enough time to take care of a callous problem. Very careful and professional. Very different procedure than I’ve had but my feet looked and felt a lot healthier. Will make consistent appointments with you guys!
