Great location, well designed interior, great bar and cafe and very nice service. Not the quietest location but if you want to walk to everything in downtown, like we did, the only way to get more quiet is to go higher. For us this was a great home base. Great service all around. They allowed us to check in luggage and hold it so we didn't have to wheel them around town before check in or before we had to get back to the airport after we checked out.Perfect location, walking distance to everything. The rooms are very styled and clean. We felt very catered to.

The decor was beautiful, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The proximity to Pike Place is unbeatable. The bed and bedding was comfortable and clean. Drinks and breakfast was also amazing in the adjacent restaurant. Took 1 star away because parking was over a block away.
