“Manager Racie has provided me a dozen years of positive customer service through this location and the bitter lake location. The previous girls working here were hell to deal with. Since Racie took over it has improved 10 fold. He is amazing, friendly, kind, professional, on time, and just always a cool dude when we come in for paint and stain. Highly recommend asking for his customer service when you visit.”

“Never go to a big box store again!! Even if all you need is some stuff for a touch up, the reality is that those other places will never get the color match right. Sure, they’ll use their fancy machine, but for whatever reason, something will always be off. I learned this lesson the hard way; after four tries or so at various big box stores, I decided to come seek professional help.Upon entry I immediately realized I was, for the first time, talking to an actual paint professional — someone who will take your chip into the back room, shine a light on it every which way, and use their skills to achieve a color and sheen match so good you won’t be able to tell the difference (and they’ll prove it to you). One stop shopping for a perfect match. Have done it two more times since then, and purchased several gallons of new paint for various projects — all of which have turned out beautifully.Did I mention the paint quality? Working with the good SW stuff simply puts the big box store paint to shame. Fewer coats, faster drying, smoother result — whatever you spend in $$, you get back in time saved and in quality of the result.Never go to a big box store again!!”
“This location is awesome! I had been tearing my hair out trying to match some cabinets. Kendra and her staff came to the rescue! They spent at least 2 hours with me trying to get the color match just right, made sure I knew how to apply it properly, and didn’t charge me for their time. They are a very knowledgeable, helpful and fun group. I will not hesitate to return there if the occasion arises. Thank you sooo very much guys!!!”
“I was in need of a stain color match and Mallory Paint was recommended by a professional. I live in the north end but was happy to travel to ensure a "perfect" match. Tommy helped me and did an amazing job of the match. I also had Tommy help me with selecting a color / paint for my front door and a color match for outdoor trim paint. Not only was Tommy exceptionally helpful with provident me all the tips and tricks I needed, he was super friendly and provided excellent service. I'll for sure use this business for all future paining needs.”

I went to this store and the person helping me was very helpful in getting the right kind of paint for the ceiling and the finish type. He did a great job and the paint he recommended was a one coat coverage and it did just that and it turned out great.”
