I discovered Pacific Rim several years ago when I got fed up with going to the dealership. I took my old Subaru to them for a 2nd opinion after the dealership told me I needed major repairs. The Pacific Rim mechanic checked everything and told me I just needed a minor and much cheaper repair. Since then, I really trust that they are honest and fair. They always take the time to explain what repairs are needed and what preventative maintenance would be worthwhile. There is no sales pressure, and if I choose not to have work done immediately, they don't use scare tactics to change my mind. They have my kept my beloved 1998 Subaru running in top condition for years and hopefully for years to come.

Pacific Rim is quick, convenient and very easy to work with. I’ve been going to Pacific Rim for years now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. For a while my wife had a new car that we took to the dealer to keep the warranty valid. I was so relieved when it got off warranty so we could get it in to Pacific Rim. The experience there is far superior to the experience at dealer.

Another great experience at Pacific Rim Auto. Staff is experienced and friendly. I never feel pressured and get the sense they enjoy what they do. This is the only place I go to have my vehicle serviced and repaired.

Pacific Rim Automotive has always given our cars the best service, even our 30 year old Type I Montero. The staff is professional, friendly and don't give any you kind of runaround. Whether it's a major issue or something minor, they give a complete breakdown of what needs to be done, what the estimated cost will be and how long it will take. Pacific Rim Automotive is the best.
