This was the second time I’ve had a vehicle detailed at Pacific Auto Detail. They did an amazing job both times. Just picked up my car not too long ago and it feels brand new on the inside. Highly recommend if anyone is looking for a place to get their car detailed.

Brought my new to me car in for an interior detail. Very pleased with how clean it came out and Sean even found the source of a mold issue and cleared out the rust and water for me in the trunk spare-tire well. Will be back again for exterior as well in the future!

I recently took my car to Pacific Auto Detail as I was passing on my beloved Volvo wagon to my nephew. I wanted the car to look sharp for him. I spoke with Shaun and he totally got it. Shaun took the extra time to make the Volvo look perfect for him. It was honestly the cleanest that car ever looked! I would not hesitate to recommend Pacific and especially Shaun for the hard work he did on my car.

Phil and the team did a good job on my car, inside and out. I appreciated the reasonable price that was given after we did a walkthrough and we both pointed out the little details they would work on.The day I dropped off the car, Phil let me know that a piece of their equipment broke and that he'd need to resolve that before they could work. I didn't need the car all day so it wasn't an issue, and I live a walkable distance and could get it anytime.Later in the afternoon, he called to say they had been backed up and asked if I would rather pick it up and bring it back for them in the morning or if I could pick it up that evening after closing time. I gave him the choice and he preferred to stay late.In retrospect, that probably wasn't my best choice. I believe it must be only because they had lost daylight that there were a few things undone (scratches buffed out, tires done a little sloppy, lots of wax marks and white residue on the car, cup holders not quite clean). Also, my husband was the one to pick it up and not only was it too dark to do a proper walkthrough but he was unaware of what Phil and I had discussed.I really do think these little things were circumstantial and I will definitely try them again in the future. They were professional, friendly, honest, fair and great communicators despite the chaos of a crazy day.Service: Auto detailing

I brought my car to Pacific Auto Detail needing some unusual work: not sure how or where, but I drove over wet paint which splattered over and under my front bumper. Shawn and Phil did a great job in removing the paint, and also buffing away scattered scratches and "parking lot souvenir" paint chips. My car was ready when promised, at the quoted price, and looks absolutely great.I appreciate the friendly, professional service I received and highly recommend Pacific Auto Detail . Thanks!

I worked with Sean over the phone to execute a solution to touch up a ceramic coated truck that came in from off-road trail rash which caused light scratches to the coated paint.We spoke back and fourth to work up a solution that would correct this issue without damaging/removing the ceramic coating from the paint.He was very thorough in describing the issue at hand and was able to come up with a solution to professionally remove the scratches which ended in success and a good result that was achieved. He is very professional and has displayed sincere interest in his passion in the detailing industry as well as highlighting his priority in his integrity and is very honest with his clients in his business. He goes above and beyond with knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend his work ethic and his ability to do his best even if it isn’t profitable for himself.
