Was looking at different scented car air fresheners and an employee who I'm assuming is the manager very loudly whispered "watch them" to another employee who then pretended he was on the computer. Not coming back

Susanna (correct name hopefully), was amazing at helping me complete some minor yet major standard checks on a 2003 Saturn that was given to me. One dashboard light was on noting needing rear lightbulb. After replacing the bulb herself, she checked my coolant (needed refill), battery (good to go), oil (full and clean) and kicked the tires and said "Good to Go Sir, what else can I help you with." I didn't ask for any of that extra car on my new, yet used, WHIP!!! Susanna did it out of her normal routine if service!! We will be taking Charlotte back again if needed.

Nice folks at this store. Helped me find exactly what I needed quickly, gave me a bunch of paper towels au gratin, which was very appreciated, and had me rolling north bound for Cuban Sandwiches in no time at all ?

An employee named George was very rude when I came in to get a part for my car. I was holding my phone because I have a hard time remembering the part I needed so my son was on the phone to tell me what part to get when I was up next. I was first in line on his register when he transfered to the next register to help the guy behind me. So I assumed he just needed to use that register. I moved to where he transfered and he told me " not you, you're on your phone. Then added ,so get out". He did this with a smirk in front of the other customer. That so called employee named George needs to be trained in customer service. I don't know what he was trying to prove in front of the other customers. The other( I wished I remembered his name) guy helped me and was patient with me. I really appreciated his help. George was just plain rude and awful.

Needed to get a stripped license plate screw off my car in a pinch with no tools. They let me come in and borrow some vice grips to pull it off free of charge. Staff were really helpful.

I can't tell you how great a person the manager ? @ this O'Reilly's really is. I am an older lady with a lot of problems, both physical and life and let loose on him and his 2 nice employees on a busy Friday afternoon. I had what I thought was a dead battery problem and it was but also turned out to be more. After they both worked very hard to charge the NEW MORE EXPENSIVE battery, the manager, Edward, just gave me and it still would not even turn over. I had just said out loud that I had paid almost $2,000 tgo Honda of Lynnwood to as I asked them to go thru and check anything that would prevent me, 74 from driving about 3,ooo miles. I clearly did not make that. It was a starter motor. That was what Ed & his employees all decided. I did agree but have no knowledge. Ed told me about Andy's Automotive as a place to install the starter motor. That also is a very high standard. What a great person and Great person to work for from what I could see. A+++++++++++++

If you need anything for your car this is the place to go. The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My only regret is not getting the name of the nice man who helped me test and replace my car battery. I'll definitely be back :)
