Stopped by real quick to get head lamp replaced bc my high beams weren’t working right. Keegan looked at it, told me it was installed incorrectly and readjusted it. Even recommended me next steps. Nice guy

Check engine light came on and went to O’Reilly’s on 15th NW in Ballard. Jeff ran a diagnostic check which indicated an open gas cap. I had noticed the open cap earlier that day and just assumed someone tried to help themselves to free gas. Jeff reset the computer, no charge, and unasked, helped another customer having difficulty trying to fit new wipers. I decided mine needed replacement and Jeff again unasked came out and fitted them for me. Great friendly service from a local store.

Such a good experience! Went in for new windshield wipers and Kay helped me right away find the ones that fit my car, showed me all the options on the computer that were readily available and then installed them for me. They even tossed the trash and old wipers. It took only 10 minutes. Super helpful and nice staff. Would recommend going here!

I've not anything good nor bad to say about this location. They would not remove my old battery or install my new battery that I bought from them. I was told that it's because of corporate regulations. So be it. Purchased a new battery for a reasonable price.
Not the friendliest employees, but not the worst either.

Your typical auto parts shop but the folks there have always been helpful. Especially when I have no idea what I'm trying to describe but they're able to translate perfectly and get me what I need. They're great resources too if you have questions on tools or what they would do in your situation.

The staff here have to be the friendliest/most helpful staff EVER.
They are knowledgable and when they don't know the answer to something they'll happily look it up for you.
A few times they haven't had what i needed in stock, but they happily placed the order for me and called and left me voicemails (i had forgotten about the first one so they ended up calling me again a week later!) to let me know when they came in.
They will help out with minor things in your car also (installing/taking batteries out, installing/replacing wiper blades, etc) which is just another reason to shop/support this location.

I was tired after work, and I barely made it before it closed. I was the last one out of the store, but the cashier guys we're nice about it. I was back in 10 minutes because I left my phone there. Thanks, guys! You helped me get my stuff and saved my evening.

If I could give 0 stars I would. One of the guys there messed up my bmw fuse box trying to check and see if I had a fuse blown which I didn’t. So now after he mess with the main fuse I loss all memory and he messed up my car. Now my remote don’t work and my key fob isn’t working at all. I’m going to file a complaint and they will pay for the damages. The manager was very rude to me The manager name Marvin Lauternach allowed his employee to work on my car and break something. It was a total nightmare now that I’m stuck trying to figure out what he messed up in the fuse box. I was at the store for more then 2 hours just to have him look at it I had a blown fuse. It turned my entire weekend into a disaster and bigger problem when my car was working just fine with the remote fob lock and unlocking of the doors and now nothing is working because this worker at this store under Marvin touch something after pulling out the power relay so the bmw loss it’s memory to all of my profile settings. This store is not a good place to shop and have them touch your car. I would avoid this location. I will report this to the general region manager and contact corporate regarding how the manager never offered to help and see what his employee member did to my car for it not to lock and unlock the doors due to the situation with pulling out the wrong power fuse which cause all of the issues that will cost me money to repair and reprogram. Marvin just stereotype mean very much and how he treated me after almost 30 years of being a customer through my family history along with myself. Do not go to this store

I spend a lot of time in auto parts stores. This location is that old school parts shop where you can walk jn and get free information about your vehicle. This particular O'Reilly does a really good job. They have a heavy business and have a large staff that is well trained.
