Bill was great! Quickly responded to my emails and got me by far the best price for a great auto insurance policy. I went to quite a few other places and this was the best rate.Especially good if you are Canadian or out of state and moving down to WA, he takes into account your out of state or foreign driving experience. Thanks!

Being very frustrated by the service provided by this company. We were getting an urgent request and trying to reach out to the agent but got no response at all. I can understand sometimes the agent is on vacation or leave for some reason, but at least you should have notified or have a backup support rather than can not be reached out at all, like disappeared. In addition, our insurance got rejected by the insurance company, and the company has notified our agent to notify us, but we didn't hear from our agent at all. We figured it out ourselves weeks later. Super disappointed by the service would NOT recommend this company at all!

Being very frustrated by the service provided this company. Our insurance got rejected but never heard from our agent. Weeks later after we figured it out ourselves and trying to reach out to the agent to cancel the other insurance, we were NEVER able to hear back from them... Feel it happens that agent will be on travel or leave, but at least you should have backup support or have customer notified and provide a way that when you are not available whom we should reach out to. Will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

This insurance agency is terrible. I use this agent named Bill to find me a vacant home policy, but he adds more expensive but unnecessary coverage items into my policy. As a new owner, I did not have a lot of knowledge about the policy, so I trusted him to be on my side. But the result is disappointed. Also, after setting up the insurance payment, he couldn't or wasn't willing to help me answer questions. (Sorry, you are on your own)The most horrible thing is that, he even adds a "LANDLORD PERSONAL INJURY LIAB COV" into my VACANT property. What is the purpose to have landlord personal injury policy for a VACANT house? Is it ethical to set up your client's insurance policy this way?Think twice before hiring this agent for your insurance policy.

I regret to share that my experience with Orca Insurance and particularly with agent Bill Lan has been distressing and costly. I had sought their services to switch my owner insurance to landlord insurance for my property which was due to be rented on May 12.On May 11, I approached Orca Insurance with my request, and was initially suggested to combine my car and home insurance. However, they later backtracked stating the combination wasn't possible. I then followed up with an email on May 22nd, articulating my intention to proceed with the landlord insurance. Despite numerous attempts to reach them via phone calls and emails, I received no response.As they had previously provided insurance for another property of mine, they already had my credit card information. To my utter disappointment, Orca Insurance failed to process my request to switch to landlord insurance in a timely manner. Unfortunately, an inspection report on May 25 indicated damage to the bathroom pipes, requiring immediate repair and temporary relocation of my tenants to a hotel, expenses that I had to bear due to the lack of adequate insurance coverage.I would strongly advise against using Orca Insurance, especially agent Bill Lan, based on my personal experience. This ordeal has caused unnecessary stress, financial burden and delay. All communication with the company regarding this matter has been documented through email. Customer service should be a priority for any company and sadly, it seems to be sorely lacking at Orca Insurance.

My experience with them has been extremely negative. First, they sent my insurance information to the wrong mortgage company even though I had provided them with the correct information. As a result, my mortgage company penalized me for not having insurance, even though I had already taken a picture of the correct mortgage company information. Second, their low prices may seem appealing, but they often underestimate the value of your home. Make sure to double-check the coverage A amount in your insurance policy to ensure you have adequate coverage. Finally, their communication process is terrible, especially when it comes to cancellations. Despite the owner promising to send me confirmation of my cancellation and refund amount, I never received it, even after following up with them multiple times. Instead, the owner asked me to email his assistant, which contradicted his initial promise.
